You vape by taste, not by numbers. People who say 10 watts is what they like and that's what they vape everything at, must have a very narrow range of taste. Juices don't all vaporize the same: coffee may be great at 15 watts, but cantaloupe might taste burnt; pg/vg ratios are different; what you are concurrently drinking or eating can change the flavor of your vape. He's talking about adjusting the power (volts or watts, it doesn't matter) up or down to where it tastes good to you.
Would you set the cruise control at 40 and just stay there, no matter what?
