Yes white is available. I am concerned that if they replace it with another white one, I will have the same problem. I am not trying to get something for nothing. I purchased this p3 in good faith from a vape shop in Phoenix, and knowingly paid more than the sale price on Provape's website because I did not want to wait & order one when I returned to Canada.

Within 24 hours the finish was coming off, so now I am asking that they replace it with something that is actually less expensive ( $199.95 U.S. vs $209.95).

If you read my original post, I quote my tkt # that I have already submitted to Provape. Had I known that I was going to get this sort of reaction, I would never had written in. I didn't realize that Vape360's help was available to only the privileged few.

Has anyone put a wrap on his/her P3? I'm curious about whether wraps are durable and stay on, and whether they compromise the P3's (or 2.5's) finish.

I think it was more confusion than confrontational. Speaking for myself, I'd probably be a little out of sorts and miffed if I went to people who are the acknowledged gurus of my mod and they said my mod didn't exist, but that's just me.

At any rate, it's all going to be taken care of as it should. Housedag, I can assure you in no uncertain terms that ProVape will take care of you. It's what they do.

A J-Wrap won't injure the finish at all, had one on my Hana for the longest. They are VERY durable and stay put for a good, long time...

It will have a little room to move but if it's free spinning it might need repair. If you get OP when the tank is installed it could be the wire that connects to the pin broke free from the rotation. If you have any issues, contact us and we can take a look at it.

I just started this job a month ago, so I don't really have any vacation time yet. They're being very kind to give me time off with pay, so I kind of have to work through Wednesday.
