You would think Sir Rod would know that when you get a new charger you have to get new batteries too. Thought everyone knew that.

I haz covered my eyes and ears.........LALALALALALALALALA!

You also have different charging levels. I believe there is a chart that comes with your VP2 that will guide you on the proper charging level for a given battery size. Don't hold me to it but I think the 18350's would be set at .25amps and the 18490 and 18650's would be at .5amps).. In terms of safety, it is always better to err on the side of being lower so as not to overheat your batteries. But both the battery and the chargers do have many protections built in so as to keep us from injuring ourselves or destroying or homes.

I remember reading the VP2 has selectable amp levels. I'm glad it will have much more protection built in than the not intelligent Intellicharger I currently have.

He missed the memo.

Eyes covered...........LALALALALALALA!

Now you have me thinking. My Xtar WP2 has two setting, .5 and 1 amp. I've been always using the .5 on all my AW batteries. One good thing is that the charger and batteries have never been warm. It did come with a wall plug and a car adapter. It even spent a few nights at a Holiday Inn Express.

Your WP2 must be smarter for having spent a night at the a Holiday Inn Express!

What? No Gremlin?

Ahem, even I have my limits (though from the roster of duds I've owned, it wouldn't seem so!)

My cousin loved her Pacer. :)

I liked mine, until she stopped running and had to be towed away.........

FYI. For all you with better half's that talk about them buying a purse, shoes, clothes or such when they see your vape drawer, do I have a story for you. My wife found my two drawers of vape equipment two weeks ago. Right before going to see friends at the shore. Long story short, settlement is on the 8th, and I have to take the day off to sign papers.I have the first six figure P3. Don't know whether to cry or not. On the bright side....I have enough gear that I don't need to buy anything for the other home. And for some reason I have 3 chargers. I will survive. Thanks for listening.

Um, you got a divorce, or did you have to buy a beach house? I don't know whether to feel sorry for you, or me because I don't have a beach house?

They aren't nearly as thrilling as No Ox.

So true, but somehow we've managed to muster the strength to muddle through a lot of pages just about chargers. Either we have no lives, or we're easily entertained. I suspect a combination of both. Yes I do!!

I'm confused. Are you buying a house or getting a divorce?

Still together. Got a beach home. The silver lining is, I will be vaping on the 19th floor watching the waves.

Thank goodness! The idea of a P3 as a home wrecker made me sad. Congratulations on the new abode!

That seems like an extreme response.

It certainly does. But it's not uncommon. I'm into watches and I have a good friend who has a very high income and he purchased a few, well, ok, a lot of expensive watches. He didn't tell his wife he was buying them. She's a doctor, so money's really not an issue for either of them. One day however, she opened his watch draw and went ballistic. She made him sell off the best of his watches, or else be divorced.

Now, I'm not condoning spending huge sums of money without your partners knowledge, but I still think what she made him do, was simply mean. And after 35 years being with Charlie, we've always told each other when we buy something. But we don't need permission to buy the things we want as long as we're not taking food out of our mouths, or putting our finances in jeopardy. We're just considerate enough of each other to say we bought something.
