There ARE instructions in Every Box. The Instruction sheet says that they are going paperless, and to go to the instruction site, and includes the link!
Instructions to go get the operational instructions somewhere else is not the same as having the user manual in the box. Many people (contrary to popular belief) aren't going to flock to a website first. For those whose Radius is not their first device already know the 5 clicks on & off.

I think more times that not, the new vaper is the one that gets taken for granted & treated as tho they should know these things right off the bat.

I watched the Vid. Man, What a dumb a--!!! Or willfully ignorant at best, Why in heck would some one make a vid on a subject that they are so completely in?
Here is my response to the vid on his channel.
Knife

The body is made of PolyCarbonate. The same material that Glock handguns and Modern fighter Jet canopies are made of. Incredibly strong! The finish will last a lifetime, Much longer than a typical thin stamped alu. or cast zink mod will last. Which is what most are made of these days. All the info is on the Provape site for operation. There is a note in ALL New Provape Radius's telling you this, and how to get there! Finally, it is Not Provari. Provari is a Model. It is a Radius by Provape. Got it? KnifeMaker
Actually ProVape calls it the ProVari Radius.

"A few reasons why the ProVari Radius is simply the best".....taken directly from ProVape's site.

This guy is a new vaper, and is catering to new vapers. Like it or hate it, he told what he feels about it. He also mentioned peer pressure;) I can't get upset by some guy ranting about something on the Youtoobs. I actually laughed a few times watching it, maybe I'm a little "off" that way.

Me too, his wife obviously bought it for him so he feels obligated to use it even though his heart was probably set on something like an SX Mini or a Reuleaux. His grudging resentment is almost tangible:lol:

So the Radius has "Boost" feature on it? Can anyone tell me the effective range of this on the Radius? I know once you hit 15 watts on a P3 the boost feature is essentially ineffective. But the P3 is a 20W mod whereas the Radius is a 40 watt mod.
I think the boost is 5 watts. Overall power is limited to 40 watts.

That's true with the P3 except it's 20 watts capacity). I'm just wondering if there is a different power setting on the Radius where boost tails off, like in the P3.
The only boost fact, that I know of, is time duration.

That would be true but when you vape above 15 watts on a P3 the power boost bumps into the capacity of the P3. Also, I believe the power boost amount decreases the higher you set your power level. This is what PB scoped when he analyzed the boost feature. And basic intuition tells you the higher the watts the less noticeable boost is (think in terms of percentage). I bring this up because the dude in that video everyone is talking about said he hates the boost feature because it changes the way he vapes. Two sentences prior to that he said he vapes at 17 watts. I'm thinking boost either does not work at 17 watts or the effects are insignificant. If I'm right, then the reviewer loses all credibility with me.

Funny you mentioned this. When he said his wife bought it for him for Christmas my thought was he must have shown interest in it somewhere along the line or why else would she have bought it unless she's also a vaper & in that case her knowledge in devices may be more advanced than his.
For her sake, I hope she gets a refund & gets him something more his speed or let him use his own money & get something else.

FWIW ... this is what Vape360 posted (#272 on the original P3 thread) re: boost.

Hi Jazzman,

No problem. Please note that this is subject to change since we are in beta, but the details I have for now are:

HotShot ® Boost mode allows you to get more vapor with a short power boost with each puff. This setting is adjustable allowing you to dial-in your favorite boost time setting. Boost mode is useful for those who want to heat up the atomizer faster. With Boost mode turned on, the atomizer will get a boost of power for a short period of time and then the power will drop down to your set power. For example, if you set your wattage to 9 watts and then turn on the boost mode to 1, by pressing the button, the device will boost the power for the first .25 seconds and then it will drop it down to 9 watts. Increasing the boost level to 2, 3, 4 or 5 will increase the amount of time the device boosts the power before it drops down to your selected 9 watts. Note that turning the ProVari up to max wattage and boosting up to 5 will not exceed the maximum output of the unit which is up to 20 watts.

Boost 1 - .25 seconds
Boost 2 – .50 seconds
Boost 3 – .75 seconds
Boost 4 – 1.00 seconds
Boost 5 – 1.25 seconds

Since this is still in beta I cannot comment on the power levels, but hopefully this gives you a better idea of how that works.

Thanks Mike. ProVape has never (to my knowledge) indicated how much "extra" power it delivers at varying power levels. This is what I really want to know. Busardo put his P3 on a scope and I don't remember what the exact results were but essentially it was a few watts (per the duration schedule you posted) at intermediate power levels and tailed off the higher the power setting. I think it was pretty much insignificant above 15 watts.

You might want to go back and edit that comment before someone calls you out, Brother. It's a ProVari Radius by ProVape.
actually, I believe Provape calls it the Provari Radius, Knife.

Hey let's all tell Knife "...it's called a Provari Radius..." a few more times!!!!
(Even though he's already acknowledged his typo.)
That's REALLY productive, and worth posting!
When I responded last night I hadn't seen the 1st 2 posts above. Your response though made me wonder what you were talking about so I went looking.

Fixed that for you ;) Maybe he could grow up a little, accept it graciously, and give the mod a fair chance. He might actually wind up liking it. I had hinted towards a Ti P3 around the Holidays. My wife bought me Radius  If I posted a video like that one about it and she saw it, I'd be packin' my bags me thinks...lol

Question for everyone.....Does anyone have 'play' in the bottom battery cap of the Radius? It's not much, but there is play/movement. I've gotten the screw tight, but there still appears to be some play in the bottom battery cap piece. Don't remember it having play when I first purchased it. I sometimes have to swap batteries during the day.

It should be solid as a rock.
