I want cheery colors in my hand.
ColoKaren, we have 3...Cabernet, Midnight, and Grape. Based on you wanting cheery, I'd go with grape. Cabernet is a deep burgundy, very pretty but not cheery. Midnight is a deep dark blue, almost black. The purple is a grape purple, the brightest of the 3. I love it! And my cabernet. Hubby has the midnight.

I'm so glad I went with purple... THANK YOU for the info! Now I won't fuss so much while I wait... :D

Well....downloaded the update...now to play :D

Seems by the chart that ss coils fall under H or I type...it's a starting point at least [emoji14]

Sent from my LGMS631 using Tapatalk

THeir instruction in the quick start for coil control is start at a7. Progress through the alphabet until it's just too far. Then tune 7 down to 6,5,4 ... Until it no longer tastes burnt

Bear in mind the charted stainless coils are all sub ohm. If you're doing 8+ wraps of 28 or 30 gauge you won't be using similar settings necessarily.

It's deep/dark, not bright at all. With the bronze it's more of a classic look.

I absolutely love that look. But what tank do you put on it to keep the aeathetics ? Except maybe a TRON tank from joy tech or aspire triton mini in gold? I'd think a stainless or black tank would seem Out of place I love that color combo. If I had a tank that matched and wire a suit every day id be all Over it.

The titanium gem matches up with the standard black pretty well. As well as titanium matches anything other than titanium. It may look ok ok there.

Nichrome build is working again. I had to put it back in watts and unscrew. Then mount. Change to coil control. Set back to d5.

So if you run into issues change to watts. Fire. I mount. Remount. Set to coil control.

I tried downloading and installing the updater, but it doesn't seem to work for me. My Radii came with ver. 20. Am I doing something wrong or does it not like Win 8.1? I've tried both the Provari cables as well as one of my own. Do I even need the update if I'm just tootle puffing and not planning to use fancy coils and such?

I can get the provape updater on the desktop, and if I open without a Radius installed it says it can't find one and to attach a Radius. When I attach a Radius, the message goes away, but it can't find the Radius.

I've done a couple of install/uninstalls, but nothing changes.

Did you install the software before connecting the radius? If not windows is talked the wrong driver and you'll need to remove them. Probably want to contact provape. It's not something I can type out.

Yes you'd want it. there are other fixes like battery meter and reliability.

I did the install but missed the re-boot the first time. After I did uninstalls I followed all of the steps, including the re-boot before attaching a Radius. I got the same results each time.

Also with Windows 8.1 if you have an installer from a known trustworthy source(not every time)right click and run as administrator to avoid issues installing. If t required elevated access a standard double click and next won't install it properly.

I'd try to uninstall it. Go into
Device manager and find the devices it installed and remove them. But you may need I go on how to
Do that.

Did you see if provape have a help
Page for this issue ? I believe they do discuss it. But I'm on super slow internet so you'll have to find it.

I couldn't find a Radius help page on Provape. They only had sections for the tube mods. I will try them tomorrow if I don't get it tonight.

Do You know how to open your device manager and show hidden items ? Or open it and see if the provari driver is there ?

Right click my computer and select manage. Go to device manager. Click all the + to expand all
Sections. Look for provape item. Take screen shots and post here. I can tell you what to remove if you need to. Don't remove anything unless you know what you're doing.

Alternately uninstall and reboot

****Right click the installer and install as administrator.

Reboot.

See if that works if not open device manager as above. With radius connected right click the computer icon and select scan for changes.

Don't skip reboots in the process listed.

That is the problem I found as well, but I got over it pretty fast. I use Kayfun tanks (satin stainless finish) and they don't match aesthetically, but they do match in quality and performance. I think they still look pretty good together, even if the finish doesn't match.

I did a new install using the right click run as administrator. The Radius is currently attached to the USB on the pc and this is the screen shot of the device manager. I don't see anything that says Provape on this list. I do have the desktop shortcut on the desktop now. I did not get that screen that the instructions mention about installing some drivers, but may take 15 minutes or longer.

I was told that the hotel I'm in is non smoking and I couldn't "smoke that digital cigarette either" without risking a big fine. I tried to explain its nothing like a cigarette nor is it smoking but they said it's exactly the same and it makes the room smell bad like cigarettes.

I dunno, perhaps my level of sociopathy is just higher than yours, but I can't imagine ever asking anybody if it's okay to vape in my room, or mentioning that I have plans to do so. <Shrug> I'm gonna vape. If your staff walks into my room and it's full of clouds? I just took a long hot shower, get out of my room. The End.

I do it all the time and never a problem. I wouldn't blast huge clouds at 100w though.

If the alarm goes off, turn on the shower very hot and plead ignorance. I have never set an alarm off and I have stayed over 3 weeks in hotels in the last 4-5 months.

I need you to expand all those arrow so they point down not right. I need to see inside the sections. That's where the provape stuff would be. The stuff showing now is just the root sections not specific to your system drivers.

It's probably going to be on the bottom half of the stuff. Look at multi port drivers. See how you can tell the arrow points down and there's an entry below t ?

Look in the usb controllers. Portable devices. Storage controllers. Software devices. Windows devices. THat sort of thing. No need to expand stuff like display adapter. Or things obviously not related (sound card) though it could register as a multimedia decide in some strange world.

I'd guess it's in software devices or storage devises

If you're not getting a driver install message then drivers are installed but maybe not the correct ones. My guess is we need to find some generic usb devices and remove them. Reboot. And reinstall with administrator privs

I complained the room smelled like cat piss. He came in and I said you may need to
Wait a minute to smell it as I just vaped you're probably smelling blueberry. ..... Then t happened. I didn't think for a second vaping in a hotel Room Would be an issue. I had about twelve mods and tanks sitting on the table. Lol

I found this in COM5 Is this what you are looking for? I've got to try to do some more snips to get the other places.

I'm having problems getting screen shot because expanding the sections makes a longer list than my screen allows.
