Did I not pay close enough attention before or do available products now say 'Radius 40' where it just said 'Radius' before. Maybe a 50-60w soon? I hope so!

Not sure where you're looking, but on the Provape website, it still says just Radius?

In the listing of each Radius it does say the wattage. Not sure if that's new or not, as wattage isn't really a factor for me.

ProVari Radius Box Mod. From there click on all available products where it scrolls you down to the bottom. Those descriptions.

I see what you're referring to. That does seem to be a new thing. Not sure if it means anything or not.

A 60W Radius would be my ideal mod. I don't go over 35W that often, but I always have my SX Mini ready to go @ 55W/0.2ohms for the odd hot vape.
To get my NIC fix at work (limited short breaks on 10 hour shift) I like 46w at .4. I have a cuboid to get me by but would gladly give it up for a 50+ Radius and would buy no other.

If they decided to go with anything other than 40, they might could prolly do it with a software update to the current Radius maybe. After all, there are plenty of single 18650 mods at well over 50+
I think that would depend on how much the over engineered the hardware. Never seen there boards or if the +20% over engineer or more the boards. I don't think on the P3 the ever increased the amp limit on the software upgrades.

Would be a treat for everyone if it were that simple though [emoji106]

I am corrected. The P3 did have amp increases on their updates.

That would be cool.

My SX Mini is a single 18650 and can do 75W. I have run it at 55W for a few months with no problems and the battery life is pretty darned good.

How do you know it's 75 watts?

Thanks, Jim

Cuz I tried vaping it at 75W after it was upgraded from 60W via software update. I obviously didn't validate the actual wattage in a lab environment with testing equipment but seemed to be the same-ish vape as my 3x18650 SX200 at the same wattage.

I'm not saying they should up the wattage on the current Radius. I'm perfectly happy throwing 9 watts at the Kabuki.
50 or 60 is better than 40. That's why.;)

Here's a weird Radius issue.....

My Stealth has worked perfect since I got it early in the year. A few minutes ago, I tried to put a Kabuki on it with a 1.8ohm Nautilus and I get the OP error. Weird thing is that that tank/coil works with 3 other Provaris I tried it on (Classics and a P3). Two other Kabukis with the same coil resistance (not same actual coil) work fine on the Radius.

Anyone ever have a problem like this where one mod just doesn't like a specific coil/tank?

You might try pushing the 510 center pin o-ring under the pin to try and lift the center pin up a bit, that is assuming you have a P3 connection device...

On the Radius (P3) I am assuming?

Push with what? Fingernail? Knife? jackhammer? :)
