The Kryptonite by Silver Wolf Customs is undoubtedly the heaviest mechanical mod in the world today, coming in at just a tad under 4 lbs. Every Kryptonite is hand machined and takes well over 12 hours of machining to complete. There are very few Kryptonite mechanical mods in circulation, about 25 of the original brass model and just under 15 of the copper limited edition mod.

I am the proud owner of serial number 006 of the copper limited edition. Of all the authentic mechanical mods I own (about sixty of them - many of them first runs), the copper Kryptonite is the hardest hitting mod I own.

This thread is for owners of authentic Kryptonite mechanical mods. Please do not post clones on this thread. For those of you who are interested in the mod, you are more than welcome to post your comments and questions.

I don't know whether to be insulted or laugh. I agree that its a monstrosity, but I think it is definitely a mod worthy of conversation. As for how many people own one, I know that so far about 8 of them have made it in to circulation, so I know there is at least 7 other people who have one....smile

I ran into a guy here local at a vape shop that said he did not like "plain" mods. Perhaps that was you. I can respect that. This is not a plain mod like the others in your pic, that's for sure. Those of us here in Aggieland have our own tastes. Outsiders normally do not understand.

It is interesting. At 4lbs it does not seem practical but I suppose if one is searching for unique collectible vape gear it fits the bill.

Kind of a funny thread if there are only eight in circulation then the chances of someone else posting one is very slim indeed. Either way thanks for the pic.
