Try the Smooth Sampler pack. Even though people think they want to find their exact analog brand, many end up liking something else instead. So with the Smooth Sampler she can try a few different tobacco flavors to see which one she prefers. Personally I think Cowboy is the most like a cigarette (which I like). Others will tell you Desert Joe does (which I think is gross).

Ok well my mothers bday is this Friday and although I let her try my mods and vaping she didnt like it cause of the flavor . The flavor was grape at the time. I personally like 808 style cartomizer and batteries but I don't have any left . I have been told over and over how good this product was and I will be picking her up a kit for Friday. I know bad timing I just missed a killer sale. But which prefill cartomizer do u have that is as close to a Marlboro light ? That's what she will want and I haven't bought from here . I might even pick me up a kit while I'm shopping

Welcome to the forum...As far as marlburo light flavor...I don't know I tend to stay away from tobacco's BUT the RY4 from SI is the first tobacco that I really LOVE.

I would be very curious to know if the mega pcc has a 3.5 hr shut off. If anyone has a longer 808 (ahem Star maybe;)) that would take longer to charge, if the batt would show charged after 3.5 hours as well in the mega pcc.
both my 78mm batts cut off at 4 hrs 15 min., but I can stick a 102mm in there and see if it does the same (guessing it will). But will need to report back later cuz the pcc is drained so it'll take at least 4 hours for it to charge first.

Well.... the 4 hr 15 min cutoff didn't so far. I put it on at 9:30 and it is now 1:50 and counting. I'll check back when the light goes off.

Nothing is going to taste like a burning Marlboro Light but a burning Marlboro Light, but my guess would either be Cowboy or Desert Joe. I've got Cowboy in 18 mg (down to my last 2) and Desert Joe in 24mg. They're both really good tobacco flavors and I alternate between them depending on my nic needs at the time. I think they're almost out of Cowboy but expecting more Monday. I usually do 24 but I think I'm going to stick with 18 on the Cowboy. It's really smooth and if I'm vaping a lot it keeps up with the Jones good.

You are right, shame on us. I just left 2 reviews for 555 & RY4. Drats, I should have left a bad review for 555 to keep people from buying it out. Doh!

You know - all of us on here love the customer service of SI, all of us LOVE our products.......well I was looking at the website just to see if they have added the green and orange batteries yet (LOL - I kill me) and noticed that we (myself included) sure are not filling the site up with reviews as we should. I myself am going to eat a "warm" brownie fresh from the oven and then go do a review on everything I have received from SI.

Now what I would like to see SI do is add a way on the front page for us to leave reviews on the wonderful Customer Service!

Congratulations Lax. One day at a time as they say. :thumb:

CONGRATULATIONS LAX!! That's so good to hear! This is where Smokeless Image's products really help save lives. It's sooo simple. Screw a carto onto a battery and enjoy the best-tasting vapor ever without having to screw around with manipulating battery contacts. I have several KR-808's from other manufacturers, and they are always giving me trouble. The less you have to fight the product, the easier it is to switch.

congrats Lax! One day at a time and next thing you know you'll be celebrating months without analogs :toast:

congrats!! keep up the good work!!

Thanks everybody
I owe ECF, and especially this thread, a ton for getting me this far. So I always carry SI cards with me in case I run into curious folks. Even made a little carrying case
IMAG0076.jpgIMAG0074.jpg Yes...I got a little excited about my new endeavor

And since my new order showed up I've been hunting for a new travel case, recommendations?

That's a very good point! Gonna have to drag myself away from ECF and do some reviews.

...what would you think an iPad charger would do to our Volt stuff?
(USB, 5 Volts, 2.1 Amps, 10 Watts) -these power ratings are probably maximum and wouldn't zap them, right? What would attribute to it charging faster, the higher amps or the higher watts?

I'm starting to think the power requirements are a tad higher on this new design than what the usual USB (5V, 500mA, 5W) can put out. My batteries charged, but took FOREVERRRRR - from dead, 3+ hours on the wall charger (direct, not on the hub), and got tired of waiting after 5+ hours on the PC laptop (USB 2.0), using the SI USB dongle. For comparison, my 280mah V2s were charging within 40 minutes. My comparable regulated battery from EVW charged within 2 hours.
...thoughts?

3 hours is about right for a 78mm (maybe a smidge less), but 5 hrs on laptop USB is a little extreme. You sue it wasn't sleeping? In the back of my mind I was thinking that there is a hot port and one that sleeps too. Or maybe I'm just imagining that, dunno.... But mine took about the same on wall & PC USB.

6 hours and still charging. Sheesh, I have things to do, thought it would be done by now

(for those that haven't been following the older posts, I am charging a 102mm batt on the mega pcc to check when it cuts off)

You are absolutely right. I did a couple reviews when I got my first order of flavored cartos. But I have not done one in a while. So you have spurred me to go to SI's site and do some reviews to let potential new customers know how good the products are.

Go for it! Works great and far quicker than using the usb directly on a computer. I use my iPad wall wart and standard usb volt charger combo most of the time.
IMAG0094.jpg
I also use my HTC phone usb wall adapter and have the same results.

Now I definitely could be wrong and am no expert, maybe SteelJan will chime in on this one, but in my experience the charging device plugged into the usb won't pull more electricity than it needs and can't pull more than the maximum usb spec. So as long as you plug your Volt devices into a usb port you're good...doesn't matter if it's a wall adapter or directly into your computer.
