For juice testing, you might want to try carefully removing the filler from a carto. Leave the center tube intact. You can then use that as a tester by dripping a few drops of the nicquid down the interior sides; and just blow it out (or even rinse it if you wanna) between flavors. That's what I do. Or - if you happen to have one, a DSE901 without a cart has the same threading, and makes a fine tester.

Thanks for the tip! (might come in handy for people - its a good idea to try)

As far as my situation though, I actually have an eGo and drip-tip that I "test" the flavors on. So I was really more talking about the "ohhhhh, that sounds yummy!!!" feeling I get when I read about flavors online - you know, the one that comes right before I order a half dozen 15ml bottles... :D

i will definitely mention it to the powers that be :)

Thank you :D

Yeah, currently I am revolving the following flavors
RY4 - orange tip
Menthol - blue tip
Watermelon - green tip
Cinnamon Red Hot - red tip
Lemon Drop - yellow tip
G-Spot - clear/white tip
...plus...
Raspberry Mojito - clear :(
Pear - clear :(
Cola - clear :(
...and then, of course, I have more I want to get into revolution and/or try

Right now I have this little sniffing game I have to go through when I pick up a clear tipped carto - its kind of an unattractive ritual :D

So yeah, more tip colors and/or colored Cartos please! (with colored Cartos being the preference - each color would open up 6 more color combo possibilities!)

Quick question(s) and or, possible suggestion

On the Blanks, is there anything in the works to possibly produce colors other then Black?
AND/OR
Are there any plans to sell the colored end-caps in anything other then the 5 current colors?

I know other companies have some colored Cartos, and being that I do have a Juice-trying addiction, I have been tempted to order some to help me with my ever growing flavor confusion. Thankfully your color-tips have helped a ton, but think I need to either expand into the world of Identifying-Color-Carto/Identifying-Color-Cap because of my excesses. (unless new color-caps will be out soon)

Being that I would rather not have to order from anyone else, figured I would ask you first if they might be in the works :) Otherwise, I guess I can limit it to a pack or two from others to tide me over until maybe you do :D

I think the solution for this would be skins for the cartos, which I know have been discussed. I'm not sure if SI will sell them, but there has been enough interest in different-colored cartos that they should.

Since this is the forum folks I trust the most on this whole forum has anyone ever tried juices from vapors etc? They have a super cheap sampler pack for like 6.95 for 5 flavors. The only juice & flavors are the 1's SI sales. Im thinking of trying a few other flavors & was curious if there juice was worth giving it a try.

Thanks

I understand what you mean. A collection of drip tips solved it for me. You can tell at a glance what flavor you're grabbing.

Hmmm...how about the good old neon orthodontic elastic trick?

You can even stack colors with those and make your cartos really stripe-y!

Hey guys-I'm going to jump out of the lurker woodwork and see if you can help me w/ something. I don't know if I have some underperforming equipment or what.

Quick background is I got my first ecig Aug. 2 and quit smoking immediately. I love vaping! I have some 510 slims, a AA box mod, and five Volt batts w/ 2 more sealeds coming (yay Columbus day sale!). I also have 2 slider PCCs. My first I thought didn't work right on arrival-it took over a day to charge a battery, and I'm a fairly heavy vaper, so...Anyway I asked for a replacement and got it after some confusion (SI customer service rocks, Btw, like y'all dont know). The replacent seemed to work just a little better. But now it's also taking *forever* to charge a batt, even plugged in. Like I'm still trying to get one done and I put it in last evening. The LED goes out, but the indicator for the battery still shows just 2 bars, and if I push the button, the LED lights back up and the battery indicator pulses and starts charging again. After 14 hrs I'm still only getting about 3.5 volts on my voltmeter. Out of desperation I just ordered a mega case even tho I was waiting for the great new PCC Imagine teased us about.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is it a problem? Any insights? Does the on board battery die/get weak after just a month or so? I use my beloved Volt primarily, even got my sister to quit smoking and start vaping with them, and she likes them a lot (yay sis!) SI has a great product and I'm passing their cards out like candy to anyone who asks about my PV.

Thanks fellow Volties!

Hi and Welcome :) Are you holding the button down for a full 4 seconds? Once you do that the sslider lights will go on and then turn off after about 15 seconds... but the VOLT battery LED should remain lit while charging.

I think what is happening is you are not holding the button down long enough and only getting like 15 seconds of charge per instance therefor taking 14 hours...when it should only take 2 hours for the 65mm and 3 for the 78mm
