you know what else was a scary movie? The Wiz.

and eyebedam, your hair must be fried to a crisp by now. If it isn't, I demand to know what conditioner you are using.

also I cannot wait to get a PCC! FINALLY! this is what I was waiting for, I will really feel like a real vaper.

I really think I saw this no later than 1970. Believe it or not, I don't remember too much of the movie, but I can picture where I was living when I watched it. Maybe, after so many years, I'm wrong.

I'm sure you're not wrong, that's how I remember a lot of stuff. I attach memories to their corresponding commute..

Thank you, Uncle! You’re right – more information is better. Do you know how many years this has come up in conversation and no one knew what I was talking about? I may just order this from Amazon as it is one of the few movies my hubby missed. He loves the old horror flicks and watches whenever he catches them. I know he’ll get a kick out of this. The old special effects can’t be beat in some respects!

I hope you both enjoy seeing the movie :D

Pan was an auld goat.

Actually, depending on who you use as a resource, there are many different versions of "Pan" . . . View attachment 58609

However, "Pan" is originally from Greek Methology and is one of the "Satyrs" . . . View attachment 58614

He was/is considered an "Imp" (or trouble maker and "seducer" of sorts) and a majority of times is thought of in "sexual" terms by both Women & Men alike (which also is the reason he is thought in religous circles to be a representive of "evil") . . .View attachment 58610

Yep - That was a good one! My siblings told me that the seats in the theaters were wired to give you a mild shock at appropriate points in the film. That'd never fly today!

It's too bad, I think that'd be great! With my luck I'd spill my drink and light up the whole place :D

I had no idea who this guy is, but there was a video posted, so I watched it to see. I think you need some blue eye shadow. I thought his eye makeup looked heavier than yours and tried to analyze what the difference is, and that's one thing I noticed. I think you want it a blue-gray color, and maybe line the eyes with a wider line of black, too? I bet the makeup mavens here could give better advice. Very nice hair, though. I think his is a little bushier, but that might have more to do with the length, which is something you can't help right now.

Famous among satyrs for being the son of Zeus and the drinking buddy of Dionysus - I am acquainted with the fellow, having dated him once or twice back in the day. :D I always considered him more debauched than evil - but that's a fine line, I guess.

You're right - many permutations. Mythology used to be a favorite subject of mine - Greek, particularly. Fun to brush up again.

Sandy, I can’t be of help, it’s not familiar to me. But Reflection of Fear sounds good!

I hope you both enjoy seeing the movie :D

I’m sure we will, Uncle, and funny you should say that, I just ordered it from Amazon. Got all 3 on my list plus a Poirot collection. Had to so I could get the super-saver shipping. lol

I got horribly sidetracked today and now am saying good night to all. :)
