Okay, since we are talking about Sandwiches, here we go - any of the following Sandwiches on "Wonder Bread" . . . (You do know what "Wonder Bread" Is - Right ? ? ? )
As a Child it was always . . .
Grilled Banana Sandwich
Peanut Butter with Bananas (Grilled or not Grilled)
Tuna Fish (made with Mayo) & Potato Chip Topping (usually Bar-B-Que)
"Happy Waitress" (AN Open Face Tuna Sandwich on an English Muffin with Grilled Cheese {Swiss} on top )
Grilled Cheese *ANY Cheese, but "Goverenment" Issued Cheese in a block was always really good
Peanut Butter & Grape Jelly (Occasionally Grilled)
Toast w/ Apple Butter or Cinnamon Sugar Topping
Sweet Pickle and Mayo (Absolutely - NO PEANUT BUTTER)
Fresh Jersey Tomatoes w/Mayo on Toast
AND - to Top them off "Mother's Milk" (Just like Chocolate Milk - but made with Vanilla/Sugar) or an "Egg Cream" (Okay who knows ? ? ?

) or Real homemade "Hot Chocolate" w/marshmallows (A Must)
AND as an Adult - tried and like - Grilled Peanut Butter, Bananas & Bacon (An Elvis Favorite)
More importantly, one of My favorite sandwiches of all time: "After Thanksgiving Sandwich" - which is Turkey with Italian Sausage Stuffing, Jellied Cranberry Sauce, and Mayo all layered on Rye Bread . . .
Now that is - Yummy ! ! ! !

BTW: 6 Kids in my family - we were the Girls - 2 The Boys - 2 And the Babies - 2 . . . All a year and a half apart and each set of pairs were dress alike and charted all over to visit Family on Sundays . . . It was hell sometimes

but usually FUN ! ! ! especially at Granma's House or Aunt Mary's (My second Mother

before she died

)
