Couldnt they kick you out if you refused to stop?

In California it is not legal to smoke in a restaurant or bar or any public indoor place. It is banned (but not illegal) in many outdoor public places too. Having said that, I feel that vaping is not smoking, so the rules don't apply. I vape in a restaurant, bar, airport, grocery store, you name it. I don't ask first at a restaurant/bar - if the manager notices & wants me to stop, then I'll stop. I was recently at the county courthouse and I did ask there (way too close to jail to tempt fate) They said sure no problemo! I was obviously not the first to ask. Most public places I just try to be discreet, no huge plumes of smoke. I've never had any problems (yet).

Yes. My gurl and i got our kits tonight and i must say the quality is way better than i expected. We had ordered two black batts with red LEDs but received orange instead, no big deal. There was no kit box either, again no big deal and there was a coupon code for my next order which i think is awesome i consider that great customer service, thanx
So now we have fifteen carts on the coffee table and are vaping away. Again i was not expecting a whole lot in the flavor department but i have not come across one i do not like. She is liking RY4 (as am i) Cappuccino, Vanilla, Freedom and i am rockin the menthol's,mint and i kinda like the Grape
Soon ill be on the site stocking up on the flavors we like along with some empty carts( to try some different juices) and batts. You guys should put a Wish List on the site. Anyways thanks for making a very nice product and i will recommend it to anyone interested

I can comment on coffee vapes. I hate all strong coffee vapes with a passion. Hmmm but cappuchino is different i tell ya.

I did the 5am shift at work and finished an hour ago, could use a sleep right about now but i'll stuff up my sleep cycle, so spending sometime trying to strenghten the bond with my boy cat. Made good progress this week.

well ear is getting there but Im not at work today, I have a big problem with my Daughter's best freind... she has been living with me since april 2011 and I have taken her under my wing shes a troubled child... well shes definately been up to more than trouble lately has got herself addicted to ICE and has now lost her job (she went missing sorta...basically went somewhere for 4 days refused to answer phone would only occasionally text and was on ICE for 3 days straight) needless to say shes now fired, she turned up home last night at 7pm ...tried to convince me to let her get some stuff and go back to where shes been for 4 days... so Ive had to intervene and get her help... which is what Im busy trying to do today. (taking a break waiting for the phone to ring from a MH psych) God how do I get myself into this ... I have no experience in how to handle this and a cigarette (the real kind) is looking really good to me right now... spoken like a true addict also *sigh*
Both of biological kids are doing fine well adjusted one in Uni one apprentice carpenter... I don't have much of a clue how to handle this dilemma except to wait patiently for an expert to call me back.

I haven't a clue as to what "ice" is, but it sounds as if you have your hands full! I hope things work out (I'm sure they will), and don't even think about the cigs - just vape a little more! Sending good thoughts your way.

How old is this girl? I suggest you hide your valuables - if she's strung out that bad and out of work now because of it, she needs money to support her habit. Just be careful.

OMG, I'm so sorry you're having to go through that, Megabee. Just yesterday, you were so happy and excited about vaping your Volt stuff! What a bummer.
ICE/crystal .... addiction is a really tough thing to have to deal with (worse than h****n). I hope you're catching it early enough, and you have the support that you need . And like Star said, be prepared for the bumpiest ride of your life and protect yourself, because this nasty drug's withdrawals can make this girl do all kinds of crazy things that you never knew she had in her - not just stealing, but violence too.

Thanks everyone. I'm very frustrated at the moment the girl is hooked and had been able to hide her drug use for 8mths until yesterday. This is because she always went away to use it she would lie to me about where she was and who she was with. Bearing in mind she's 18 and not my child there was not a lot I can do. Even today while I got the run around all day people telling me oh u need to call these guys then u call that number and they say sorry she's an adult we will only talk to her... She talks to them hangs up and tells me she isn't bad enough for detox and rehab is a last resort.... We will call you tomorrow with a case worker.... Meanwhile I gotta wonder as soon as I go back to work she's back at wherever she was before (yeah with possibly half of my valuables) back on ice/..... I'm scared for her and myself. My partner doesn't want her here and I can't throw her out but she's not hit rock bottom enough for rehab? Meh short of her walking into some hospital yelling admit me or I'm going to kill myself she's pretty much on her own

I'm with your partner - throw her out if she won't get help. If she doesn't come to her senses, she is going to kill herself with that stuff.

I have outted her to her family (they were not that great in the past anyway that's why she ended up here) looks like I'm going to have to let her go and change the locks on my house...
