"Retilr" - So You've been hiding ;)

Already, knew you were a "GOOD LOOKER" - but this is not Who You posted for the Class Collage . . . :)

It must be something special about the "Women & Men" from "Down Under" I Guess - They Do "Clean-up" Real Nice . . .

OH WAIT, I know - must be because they are "up-side" down all day . . .

* * * *

OH AND "MegBee" - Just an FYI: I don't know if you are in time, but "Rave" is making a Smokeless Image "Class of 2012 Collage" - So if you want to be included, you may want to let Rave know . . . Also, You might want to contact "Imagine" too, because anyone that submits a photo of them using a Volt, vaping a Volt, or with the Smokeless Image Business card - can get a "present" . . . battery/juice/? ? ? (sorry, can't remember the last thing right now) Just thought you would like to know :D

It's driving me crazy not bein' able to pop in on here to catch up like I normally did. Lexi is having some major separation anxiety issues whenever Dave is not here. She's completely in love with him! During the day, I do my best to keep her distracted. In the mornings, she's just a speed bump with gas, so I'm able to catch up on here a bit.

Loving all the pics of everyone's critters!!

MegaBee - It's great to have a face to attach to the name. :)

Staceylt40 - I'm so glad that you found us here!! If I hadn't been so dogstracted I would've added to your thread, but you'd already chosen the right path. Good plan.

New colors of rubber end caps - How cool is that?!?!

Proudlion - I tried to let her use the remote, but all she wants to watch is Animal Planet. That's not gonna work even for a critter-lover like me.

Wish I could help out on the coffee flavored nicquid, but I have yet to find one that does it for me - so I make my own. As far as pipe tobacco flavor: SI's RY4 may come close. Even if it doesn't, it's fantastic!

Garfield is the only cat I like. Im a true dog lover LOL

^ ^ ^ ^ ^ Ditto . . .

Although, I really like most animals (including "Humans" ;) ), a long time ago I learned that I am very allergic to both Cats & Horses (I use to "Love" riding) so I have to stay away from them . . . however, THANKFULLY - I am not allergic to Dogs . . . YAY ! ! ! ! :D

AND - Since so people like seeing photos of Pets/Family Members . . .
Here is a photo of my favorite puppy w/"Me" - as you can tell he was my first:

If not, can anyone recommend a really nice coffee juice?

Hi Barb! I am glad it goes so well for him!
I am not a coffee flavor person myself, I love tobacco flavors such as RY4 and 555 but all my friends love the new Janty Vitaya coffee flavor. I have tried it and yes, it feels like coffee, but I prefer the real thing :)

First, welcome to all the newbies. When I first got my Volt, I didn't know which flavors I'd like best, and I got sample packs and tried them all. Unfortunately, I never tried Freedom, since while I was ordering sample packs, it was moved from one I hadn't bought yet to one I had already gotten, so that's missing from my cartos. Still, I loved sampling all the flavors. It was an adventure! None are so awful I couldn't vape them, though I have developed a favorite -- chocolate -- and mostly vape that. Eventually, when I feel experimental again, I'll go back to the others. But the most interesting thing is that the flavors I liked best weren't at all what I anticipated. And the flavors that everyone seems to like best, like RY4 and 555, aren't necessarily my favorites, either. I actually like Desert Joe better from that set of flavors. That wasn't as big a surprise as the sweet flavors I liked. I was really surprised to like chocolate best, and I also like watermelon and Classic Grape. The new grape tastes too artificial to me, like grape soda or something, but the Classic Grape has something different that tones down the artificial fruit flavor, so it tastes more real to me. My least favorite is probably cherry, since I think it tastes like Ludens cough drops. I wasn't too fond of cappucino and vanilla, either. They aren't bad, just not so interesting. But my point is that no one can tell you what flavor you'll wind up liking. It's just impossible to predict. And if you are looking to replace the taste of cigarettes, as I was, you'll find that it's futile. They don't taste like analogs. So I say get all the sampler packs and experiment with one carto of each flavor and keep an open mind.

Okay - off to make nicquids, pay bills (blech), and clean out my fridge (double blech) before the droopy puppy monster comes back to life. Wouldja believe she will already locate me or Dave when asked "Where's Dave?" or "Where's Mom?" She also has apparently never had toys because she didn't know what to do with them. She does now! :) She also understands "My food", "Go lie down", "Gentles" (which means be gentle for the birds and the sugar gliders when she goes near them), "Back Up", "Belly Rub", and most importantly: "No Pulling" (useful when on the leash - First trip to the mailbox, she heard a gunshot and freaked. I had to grab onto a tree for dear life to keep from becoming a human sled).

One disadvantage of having a giant dog: They are able to "counter surf".

Hopefully I will be able to complete the collage today or tomorrow. :)

Also, the top of the fridge is not a safe place for those donuts you were saving for lunch.
I'm just sayin...

We had a foster Dane that LOVED bread (she was deaf, so "That's mine" didn't get thru ) until we leqarned a sign. We had to hide the bread in the oven. Made quite a smell (complete with smoke) when I'd forget to remove it before pre-heating the oven. Yum...plastic coated bread.

"ya gotta be smarter than the dog". That's hard for me.

Just get the blank volt cartos (on the cartomizer page) and fill it with the juice he liked (order a bottle of it from the smoke free place)

Hello All! Just got home from being gone for the weekend and found a little package waiting for me! Laura, you ROCK! Thanks SO much for the USB charger! Now, to report on my Hubby's VOLT experience! Since they came fully charged, he's not had to charge anything all weekend (I bought him 5 batteries). He said some SUPER exciting things:

1. The Ice Menthol pre filled cartos: "THIS one is very close to what I'm looking for. These could get me to stop smoking." YAY!!! :D

2. The Mentol Burst pre filled cartos: "A little minty, but an easy vape until more Ice Menthol arrive" LOL

3. The Cappuccino pre filled cartos: "Bleck. Doesn't taste like coffee, but I was never a cappuccino dude anyway." Oy LOL

4. The cartos & batteries: "Wow, these things last forever!" Yup, yup, they do!

and... my favorite:

5. HIM: "My cigs (analogs) taste burnt." ME: "Um, honey, they ARE burnt - that's what the fire is about" HIM: "I KNOW THAT, but I've never noticed the yuck taste before." BONUS!!! :toast: We are making progress!!!

Obviously, he's not done with analogs quite yet, but he feels it coming. I'm so excited!! In the meantime, I have some questions.

1. He tried my niece's "Smokefree" coffee pre-filled cartos. He really, really liked it. Hence, me trying the Cappuccino cartos, which, as you saw above, didn't work out. So, my question is, does anyone know if the "Smokefree" cartos are compatible with the VOLT batteries? If not, can anyone recommend a really nice coffee juice that is similar (if you happen to be familiar with the "Smokefree" product?).

2. How do I know when the battery is charged? The battery LED light is on solid on the USB charger right now, and it's been on there for over an hour. Does it go out when it's done? How the heck long does it take?

3. He's on the lookout for a nice, smooth aromatic "pipe tobbaco" juice or VOLT compatible pre-filled carto. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks for everything!

Ohmygosh - Seriously?! The top of the fridge isn't safe? WOW! preheating the oven

While I'm thinking about it and all of those sweet pet photos: For those of you that are new to vaping PLEASE don't forget to keep cartos, eliquids, and PV's out of the reach of your pets (and skin kids, of course). It will probably smell quite tasty to them - and can be deadly if ingested.

I had my FIL make me a lovely HUGE breadbox and it's safe...for now. (Till "Little-Luna-Tic" can figure out how to open it.)

DIY is kept in a locked room in the basement theey're not allowed to go down the stairs. (locking door at the top) butappreciate the warning. You can NEVER be too safe around pets or kids.

Yeah I actually don't like that my little girl thinks all of my stuff is pretty and smells good. I have warned her over and over not to touch any of it - act just like it is cigarettes or a lighter and could hurt you. Kind of makes me want to get plain black or white batts but that won't happen.

This brings up an interesting point. I recently visited my brother, who has 2 small boys, and I showed him my vaping stuff one evening after the kids were in bed. I asked him if he'd let me vape in his house, and he said no, because he doesn't want his kids to see it and think it's cool to "smoke." Actually, when I visited him in summer, I smoked analogs outside in his yard, and one of the boys asked, "What's that?" He had never seen anyone smoke a cigarette.

So what do you parents of young kids think about vaping in front of your kids? Do you think it's a bad influence? I guess it's better than smoking in front of your kids, but still, I wonder if kids will want to vape, too.

I know, I know. This sounds dangerously like the argument against e-cigs that it appeals to kids, but I think this is a little different than marketing to kids. It's about setting an example.

My opinion - how you handled it was perfect by asking.

Is it really any different? Except one is healthier? I feel a child is going to either pick up smoking or won't - if my daughter, when she is older (only 9), were to pick up a habit I would rather it be vaping.

You go anywhere - any parking lot, outdoor event, etc and you see cig butts everywhere and I would cringe when my daughter would try to pick one up to throw it away - you will NEVER see ecig's laying on the ground for a child to pick up.

They won't ever accidentally start a fire in the house or woods with one.......

I could go on and on - so to me there is no argument against them.
