I hold mine in a sort of modified pen grip. My thumb is on the bottom and my index finger and middle finger are on top, and the last 2 fingers (pinky and ring finger) are curled. I haven't tried holding it in my teeth, but I just tried, and then it did feel too heavy. I don't hold a cigarette in my mouth while I use my hands, either. The smoke gets in my eyes. Usually, if I'm busy with my hands, I just don't smoke, and I've followed that with the e-cigs. I might want to try one of those tips, though. And I'm thinking hard about getting the new PCC. I really am doing fine with my slider, I don't need one, but peer pressure is a powerful thing. Another shopping decision: What kind of
juice that I like would go best to refill all my prefilled cartos when they get low? I'm thinking of just topping them off with another flavor. I have chocolate, which will work with a lot of them, but maybe one of the mint flavors would work with others. Again, I never liked menthol cigraettes, but I rather like the mint/menthol flavors.

vaping away for almost a full day before anyone even really noticed, they all just thought I was "chewing on a nice pen"...until my sister finally noticed "is that smoke coming out of your mouth?" LOL
I Just got in my order of a six pac (30) of the new SI soft tips "comfort tips" just today. At 5 for $1.99 you can't go wrong!
Been using Delrin drip tips for quite some time as I found that when not using them, I would get an awful metal taste in my mouth all the time (I'm normally way sensitive to metals that are not pure gold or silver...they turn green and disintegrate after too much contact w/my skin LOL), and the drip tips helped keep my mouth away from the metal in the cartos.
Anyhoo, really like them (the new SI ones that is)! You CAN if necessary hold them between your teeth without your teeth shattering, which is nice. I DID however, make a mistake when I first tried them. I pushed it down too far and was rewarded with a mouthful of nic-
juice...NOT pleasant!
As far as the PCCs, I got an older one free awhile back from SI for spending $100, but have yet to use it. I have enough batts to keep me going and I have an inverter in my car which will charge anything while traveling, and the Volt batts last long enough so I don't see the need (but that's just me).
As far as refilling the carts, either keep the same juice in the same cart for as long as possible (I've had the same cart with Halo juice Prime going since Aug 2011 w/no probs), or, as you mention, re-fill w/ a compatible flavor, or just simply clean them an start all over. The hardest flavors to remove from cartos or attys are: Cinnamon( hardest), Coffee, Mint/menthol, Lemon and the horrible Cognac flavor (which NEVER comes out Ikky). So keep that in mind when re-filling.
PS, a Good cleaning out with straight PG also helps remove other flavors (and can be vaped while dong so...particularly handy for atty drip flavor tests), just not as quickly with Cin, mint or that ikky Cognac...Actually, I had to throw out the ones w/cognac...just couldn't get rid of it. The rest were OK after a good cleaning and a PG cleaning etc.
