Here, there, everywhere!
Laura, Thanks for no more spiders! Now all we need is a scorpion or something (please don't).

I have just been surfing around ECF and looking at all of the hype surrounding the variable voltage stuff. I started out with a Provari and while others love it, it just wasn't for me. I think the Volt provides great vapor, okay th, and good battery life. So what if I have to carry a pcc with me and some juice? I just don't understand why people are so vehemently against KR808 devices. It's like they consider them to be a "beginner" model or something. I get the same amount of nic that they do, so I don't understand. Can someone please enlighten me? Seriously.

And "WE" 808r's don't blow through juice like the high voltage users do:)

I just wanted to follow up on my question about the new ohm rating of the SI cartos... They are fantastic on a Lavatube at 4.2 volts with an 808 to 510 adapter. :D
Thats a good tip and I for one am going to put some in my arsenal and carrying case. I wish I had one yesterday during g my travels when one my new cartos dissappointed me royally.

I believe it was around June of 2011. So if you are having a carto issue ...it would be something different.

When did this increase happen? My last batch of cartos are unvapable as they are too cool and causing me to hack on every vape. I've had to go back to full-time analogs the last 2 weeks because I couldn't vape at all. I guess I'm gonna have to get a VV to continue using the cartos or (GOD FORBID! DON"T SAY IT!!!) get different cartos.:cry::cry::cry::cry:

Oh the shame of it all!!

to be clear there are no new cartos... the carto has been the same since pretty much the beginning :p

Don't know of anything off the top of my head. I guess I haven't ordered cartos in a while, and I thought they were perfect like they were. I wish they hadn't changed anything. I hope the new ones I order are okay. I will continue to think of what you could use. I guess the only thing cheap would be a box mod from Madvapes. Hope you feel better! :)

I got my pink drip tip from Liberty Flights. It's a 510 Celluloid drip tip. It was before SI had their comfort tips, which I do want to try! :)

Hi Tina!!! I've been on the hunt for a bright pink drip tip at a good price for a while now so thank you for sharing where you got yours!!

Not sure how to begin this post because I'm not used to making these kind of requests. Long story short, I lost my best friend on Christmas Eve to a sudden and catastrophic illness. She left behind three children, two of which are teenagers and one of which is developmentally disabled. There was no will, and her ex died three years ago. Her family either can't or won't take them in for a variety of reasons. They're in a state of limbo right now, wondering what's going to happen to them while missing their mother terribly. I wish that I could take them in but I don't have the financial resources to house three more kids in addition to my own. Please send prayers out to them. I'm hoping and praying for some good news/fortune to come their way.

Thank you, and I'm sorry for such a depressing post.

I would have to agree. It is probably something else causing their issue. The review I was going by from Steeljan on Youtube is dated June 3, 2011 and they all measure between 2.6-2.8 ohms. I thought it was a little more recent and don't always pay attention to upload dates on reviews. When I tested them and they were all over 3 ohms I thought I had a bad batch.

It's not a huge deal and honestly I like the auto batteries so much I still use the standard Volt setup a lot more than I thought I would. These cartos don't handle higher voltages very well. Anything above 4.2 gets very burny, even with the higher ohm rating. I am liking the fact that they are quiet and don't gurgle. That's a plus :D

If that happened to me I'd be sleeping on the couch for a few days (shudders). I had a traumatic experience a long time ago - was pulling back the sheets down toward the foot of the bed, and out crawls the mother of all spiders - it was the size of a small tarantula  Creeps me out to think I might have just crawled into bed and stuck my feet down there. 8-o

Yikes! Just got a case of the creepy-crawlies! We had a problem with wolf spiders about five years ago. Fortunately none of them got into the house, and we were able to get rid of them.

I'd like to thank the TrailBlazers who rode into town before me. It was a real treat to experience respect from the savvy hostess when I requested a table where I could sneak a vape without harrassment from the non savvy. She smiled a huge smile, gave the universal hand signal that represents the oh nevermind them AH's and sweetly said "oh sheesh! No problem!! We'll sit you over here." It was the best service and best relaxing meal I've had in years as I stealth vaped my volt. So, thank you trailblazers!
