Hello dear Volties!!! Guess what! Yesterday my dad bought my stepmom a Volt carrying case! She has a mini 510 ecig from a trial offer and the battery is 87mm long but I measured my case and it'll fit perfectly with room to spare! We bought it on my account so I get the points! :D I haven't seen a carrying case online anywhere that I like more than my Volt case! :) Have a great day everybody!! :)

I'm very glad to hear this, since I plan to get one when I order. Waiting for the sale ...

... BTW What is SuperBall and why I keep hearing about it all day?

The Super Bowl is the annual championship game of the National Football League (NFL), the highest level of professional American football in the United States, culminating a season that begins in the late summer of the previous calendar year.

No, mine don't have the diamond end cap. And answering to my own question, I saw that warranty is for 3 months! Damn! Why haven't I asked you sooner? I kept on throwing away my defective batts and ordering new!!! How silly of me

EDIT: I just sent an e-mail to SI just in case, because I don't know if warranty is valid from the order date or from delivery date. In my case that makes a difference!

Anyone doing anything NON-Super Bowl related today? I've spent the last couple of days 3D modeling a shed and a fountain that I want to build on the front of my house. I have no garage, and need a place (other than my temporary tarp building) to store tractors, Hammerhead go-cart, garbage cans, and miscellaneous outdoor tools and yard stuff. Finally finished the models today so I can put together a materials list and price it all out. *ACK!* I can build almost all of the framing because I can lay sections down flat on the ground, but my son will have to join them together. The fountain is something that I can build all by myself if I can talk the kids into bringing me rocks from a gravel pit we have on our property or the creek.

I don't watch spectator sports much. Just Air racing and some auto but no football, baseball, basketball etc. Been baking bread all afternoon. Hot dawg bunz, sourdough loaf, whole wheat loaf. Last one's in the oven now. Nice looking shed and pond.

I have 2 x 78mm manuals (purple and rasberry) they are great but I prefer my autos. I have 3 x 78mm Auto and one 65mm auto. I must be a heavy vaper as my blue with blue led 65mm annoys me it doesnt last long enough lol. So I basically just use the 3 (white, black and sparkley pink) 78mm autos by cycling them through the day. At work one 78mm auto lasts me all day. But when I get home I need a fresh battery and carto and that lasts me all night. I top up cartos and start the day with the one I didnt use the previous day :) so for me 2 would be just enough but the batteries may last a little longer as I am not charging the sames ones over and over if that makes sense.

Thank you for the wonderful report Rave!!!! I especially like that the Volt batts out-performed all the others you've tried! I'm totally confident that after my battery bad luck is taken care of, that I will really be happy with my Volt batts!

I'll add my review. I started with Volts, so there's nothing to compare them with, but they all work fine. I did notice better vapor from my green battery. It's not a big difference, but it's there. I guess since all the others are the same and do well enough, I consider the green one a special case. The green one is unsealed, as are all of my short batteries. First, I bought them when that's all they had, and then I added to my battery collection, which is when I got the green one, when the unsealed ones went on sale because SI was stocking the sealed autos. I got one long manual battery just to see how the longer length and the manual switch compared, and I like the vapor from that. It's easier than having to drag on the carto just so. But I still use my short autos. But when I went to refill cartos, I didn't drip with the battery attached, and first I vaped a little bit on my manual so if there were any drips, they wouldn't ruin my unsealed batteries. After a little use, then I switched the cartos to the unsealed autos, and they worked fine. Maybe they would have from the start, but I thought I'd use the manual on any new cartos I just filled till I'm sure. It gives the manual a specific job. I'm on the fence about whether I prefer manuals or autos. Yes, you have to remember to press the button, and sometimes i forget and treat it like an auto till I realize which battery I'm using. If I just had manuals, I bet I'd just get used to it. Then again, my green battery works well with less specific draws, so who knows? Are all the other autos deficient and I just don't have the experience to know it? They work OK and hold their charges, so I never thought anything was wrong with them, but that greenie is certainly a puzzle. Maybe I just lucked out on a superior battery -- and the dark green color is awesome. After all, if there are duds, maybe every once in a while there's one that's better than the others, but no one complains about that!

Just a thought but I think your electricity is different than ours isn't it? I don't know if there's any difference in the chargers or not but it could be something to think about. Maybe somebody more tech savy could answer that one.

Another thought on the ones that seem to be diminishing slowly. Over use of a carto with different vg ratios can simulate a diminish in charge time when you have to constantly puff to get enough vapor. Don't ask me how I know that lol. You might try a new volt carto with volt juice to check it if you're using something else.

I'm probably off base with these thoughts but they're questions I'd be curious to know....

Well, the idea is very good. Do you think that is the case? It will better not, cause that will mean I will definately lose all my batteries!
As for VG, I mainly use VOLT e-liquids with my VOLT batteries and cartos. I discovered it to be the best combination.

These are the "New" Sealed Auto batts. Atleast thats what i have, and beine new products im figuring there are a few bad apples in the bunch.

Harry

I've never seen such a quantity of problems with batteries before as I have just in the last few days on here. It makes me think the factory rushed and didn't do a good job like they usually do. Maybe it was a larger-than-average order from SI, who was getting more supplies in so they weren't constantly disappointing people by being out of stock on what people wanted to order, and maybe it was rushing to get the order completed before the Chinese New Year -- a long holiday. I bet one or the other or both have something to do with it. I'm really sorry to see so many dissatisfied customers all of a sudden, since previously, everyone was gushing about how wonderful the equipment was, how attentive and responsive customer service was, etc. Because the Volt is so good, it has grown in popularity by leaps and bounds, and I think SI is suffering from growing pains. I bet they'll get it all straightened out. Have faith, newbies. SI usually is excellent, and I think they'll get back on track once they get the kinks out of handling more inventory and when Chinese New Year is over, and things can be normal again.

Anyone doing anything NON-Super Bowl related today?

Me! Me! I don't like football. Today I went to a local winery and bought some wine. I wondered why it seemed deserted. Then I went to Verizon to see why my cell phone was acting strange. That place was deserted, too. Last I went and picked up some groceries. Not a full shopping, just a few things I needed. There were more people there, but still, it wasn't jammed. I guess Superbowl Sunday afternoon is a great time to shop and not have to stand in long lines.

Is there anything more wonderful than a freshly baked, warm, aromatic sourdough? If you'll kindly direct me to the "Center of the Universe", I'll be right over! ;-)
Only that first bite with freshly made Guava Jelly. From Tampa you go east on I-4 about 40 miles past the Mousetrap, turn right about 15 miles. You should be able to smell it from there lol.

It's Super Bowl, a big football game. Lots of people are watching it on TV, with get-togethers with their friends, etc. For those of us not into football, it makes for easy errands, a plus I never realized before.
