weird, starsong, we are in sync! I changed mine for Zombie Awareness Month!
Today is my 4 month smoke-free anniversaryslightly off-topic, sorry -- that's just so unlike us!
Oh and don't forget, they have Saturday hours too!
I would appreciate hearing a comparison if anyone here has tried both this 555 and the other 555. It is something I need.
right now we have a newsletter to notify customers about new products and eventsbut I will mention it to Rob who handles our IT

I won a Volt kit. I LoVe the Cartomizers! However, the batteries need improvement. One battery lasts less than a 510 but 510 kits usually come with 2 batteries for that reason. I'd also suggest making some manual batteries as well, because short life batteries drain even faster is they're automatic. You can also make a megabattery with a longer life because a Volt battery just won't get someone through a day without several charges. Wouldn't change the cartomizers though...they work really well.
I chatted with Rob on the online chat thing for quite a while. He's definitely a great representative of your company. Very informative and obviously well-versed on the products. It's little things like being able to ask questions (I wondered if the white batteries have the rubbery finish, and whether they have the 'stripes' shown in the website image; he was able to answer both questions immediately -- the answers are 'yes' and 'no') that convince me your people are on top of their game.
Now I just have to try the products...

Hi Kelsey I am glad you are liking your carots!!
Wow, you sell carrots too! How about cherry tomatoes?
like frick, I have to comment on how nice it is to be able to get quick info -- just chatted online on the smokeless image site with a very nice CS rep named Michaela who answered my questions quickly ---
And FYI their volt PCC looks kinda cool -- and the internal PCC battery is user-replaceable, which is a nice touch. I hate buying hardware that I know will die and have to be tossed someday, so this is a point in the volt's favor to me.

Good to see you FrickI knew you'd show up here soon
And thanks for the pat on the back too. I'll be anxious to get your review (I do care).
p.s., I'm also glad you didn't go into convulsions over my change of avatar.
Hey Imagine, there is a thread running elsewhere in the forum atm about lead solder having been used in carts, etc....I know it's a lot to ask, but does Smokeless Image know if lead solder is being used in the cartos? I never thought about it before, but it is of some concern to me.
thanks so much! great to know!no nothing is soldered in our cartos. They have an non out-gasing silicone ring that holds the wick in place.
OK, so I just had to try out the online chat too
Michaela was great, on a Sunday no less! So for $20.02 shipped (with the coupon code), I bought a battery (had to try a white in the rubberized finish) and a pack of blank cartos. What a deal!
