Yay - TWO choices on grape!! I do quite a bit of DIY (almost all of my nicquid is homemade), but I've never been able to make a great tasting grape that didn't look like motor oil. Instead of being killed by cigarettes I figured I'd succumb to Kool-Aid lung if I vaped that stuff. Love VOLT grape, but it does have a smoky/tobacco undertone. I'm anxious to try the Classic Grape!

So today was our Championship Swim Meet. It's my daughters third year of swim and she just turned nine last Saturday.

Event 1 her relay team got first place overall
Event 2 just her 6th out of 44 backstroke
Event 3 just her 5th out of 49 freestyle
Event 4 just her 6th out of 23 butterfly
Event 5 her relay team 2nd place overall!!!

Oh yeah - you just need to have reeeaallly fast reflexes to avoid that mishap! 'Course, if my reflexes were all that great, I wouldn't be droppin' stuff in the tub anyhow - lol.

i dropped my nook in the tub. nobody in my household knows that, they would be extremely unsympathetic and I would be even more unhappy about it than I am. No rice bringin' that one back.

Whoa! A thousand thanks to Steeljan's video series and for the tip that the plastic could come off of the front of the Volt PCC. Love how it looks now.

Anywho, just got my Volt in the mail today, really extremely happy with it. Especially cause my only other experience with an e-cig was an insanely disheartening, throat burning and vaporless mess. I can tell you that the first thick plume of vape I got with this thing made me incredibly happy.

I started writing up a (noob's) full review and will definitely post it. In the meantime I'm emailing the website to my sister to try and get her to quit too. I'm trying to tempt her with the purple batt.

So thanks Smokeless Image for the super fast shipping (ordered thursday morning, arrived today), the awesome cs when I called in and the excellent product with a fair price. It's appreciated.

Thanks, I found it. I misunderstood -- I knew the coating came off, but I thought you meant the plastic cover came off, the thing that slides. Doh! Just got done taking mine off

You might want to try the Ice Menthol, I really like it. Like I said in my Smooth Sampler review, it tastes like Icebreakers gum, sweet and minty more than mentholy. To me, it tastes just like madvapes Ultamint, which is one of my favorite juices.

Why take it off? I saw that video before I ordered my Volt kit, and when I got it, I wondered if I should peel the coating off, per the video, but I didn't, and everything seems to work fine without doing it. Maybe they put it there for protection? Why is it there, and why would a person remove it?

This morning I got up and checked and the led was on, so I popped off the ash cap and there was some rice dust gunked up on the wires. So I flushed the entire thing with isopropyl alcohol, stuck it in an empty tea bag I have for loose tea (yeah, I know - why didn't I remember I had those yesterday?) and put it back in the rice for a few hours. When I took it out, it was completely dead. I stuck it on the charger, charged it up and now I am happily vaping away on a peach with my beloved purple battery.
