although a PG/VG blend is better...100% VG can work in our cartos...some people have no issues...just remember as it is thicker to make sure they are properly saturated before vaping :)
anybody tried 100% VG in the carts.....? My take on VG in carto's is that they clog up.......don't perform like PG...

Hi all, sorry to hear you are temporarily out of commission SteelJan, best wishes for a speedy recovery, hope someone kind is around to wait on you hand and foot while you need it!

SandySu, I hate to be the voice of the non-compliant rebel here, but it's my nature so I'll just say it - if it was me, I would tell the landlord a sweet "ok" and vape in my own home anyway. I just can't see any possible way it could be detected outside your walls, and for crying out loud, it's your home! For what it's worth, my husband and I vape like crazy in the house in the evenings, and even though I can smell things better I can never, ever walk into a room a minute later and smell a vapor odor. There's no film developing on stuff. I live with a serious neat freak, my house is clean all the time, and my husband couldn't handle anything that grossed out the house in some way ( not counting cat puke, apparently ) and vaping seems to leave no trace.

Of course, I just hate to be told no about anything!:evil:

Your suggestion is sure tempting, and I may, in fact, resort to it, but I also have this urge to educate him. I just found one site that addresses this question -- see above. I can't believe more people haven't accumulated data on vaping's effect on the environment, not just on the vaper. If we want the right to vape wherever and whenever, we need to educate more people to how harmless it is to nonsmokers, our homes, etc. After my landlord, my next challenge will be to convince my brother and his wife that it won't hurt his small children. I think that may be tougher.

The way I understand it is that the majority of flavorings added to VG actually contain PG. 100% VG juices are usually blended with water or alcohol or both to be able to be used in various devices. The VG base I make before adding flavoring is blended with77% VG with desired nic strength, 20% distilled water and 3% of 103 proof vodka to thin it out. Fill up cartos with ease

I think whether e-cigs are allowed in no-smoking places is a case-by-case decision of the owners. My daughter works in a fancy restaurant, Esca, in NYC, and they allow e-cigs there, even though there's a law against smoking in public places -- even bars! -- in NY state. However, my landlord doesn't let us smoke in our apartment, and I asked him about e-cigs, assuming they'd be OK. He was very reluctant, and said he'd have to ask his son about it, since his son knows more about them. He wasn't even interested in noticing that outdoors, you couldn't even smell it when I puffed on one for him. I have a feeling they will be forbidden in my home, even though I was looking forward to vaping in my home office while I work.

Anyway, knowing that Esca allows them might help you. Maybe contact local restaurants and ask and list all the ones that allow it?

Not sure what you mean by "Esca" - but as far as I know, smoking in restaurants has been banned for a while now in Akron, Ohio.

It's certainly not a bad thing, but Volt doesn't make it easy to stealth vape! :D

is it happening will all your batts? sounds like it may be a defective batt if it is just one?
Total newbie here so maybe it's just me... I'm having a hard time charging my batts with my Pcc . I have read the online manual front to back and I still don't understand why the led will go out and it will have 3 full bars ( for batt not Pcc) and then die 5 min later :( any advice would be great:2cool:

Thanks!

ok great let me know if there is anything I can do to help you stay away from the analogs until you get your gear!

Once we figure out what is defective we will replace it :)

Pcc is all I have but along with the other batt I have standard USB charger on the way :)
