I think Imagine has mentioned that these are packed up in those blister packs overseas and can't be broken into like that without cannibalizing singles from the blister packs themselves and then ending up with a bunch of odds and ends. Samplers are the only way to go it seems! Although if you bought a bottle or had cartos you didn't prefer you might be able to sell, trade or pay-it-forward on the forums to someone who does like them.
Oh also, I took a pack of an unnamed Volt flavor I didn't like and boiled the heck out of them (about 5 15-minute boils) they've since been filled a few times with flavors I did like--so at the least you could get a decent blank carto out of it.
That's wishful thinking. I already asked. The answer was that it'd be too hard to keep track of inventory that way. I sure wish we could order single cartos, though. If I want to try one and don't like it, I don't want 5 of them, and not all the flavors are in the sampler packs. The question I asked back somewhere on this forum was if we could make up our own sampler packs. I'd be willing to order 5 flavors at once to be able to try new ones w/o a risk of having too many I don't like.
The only alternative I can think of is if some of us want to order 5-packs and then trade flavors we don't particularly want with others here who love that flavor. Is this possible? Is it too complicated? For instance, if I tried a menthol and didn't like it, I could trade the 4 unopened ones with someone else.

OK Let me address the PCC by Vogue you guys have been discussing. We have already seen it and ordered samples to test out. I have spoken personally with the factory on this... (I first saw this weeks ago....lol already on it!!)
1) The specs are 900 mah (non replaceable battery 300 charging cycles and the PCC will need to be replaced) battery charging times are longer then our slider 3-4 hours for shorties batts (their specs say 2.5-3 ..but like the mega this PCC is designed to charge 150-220 mah batts...and as you know ours are 220-320 mah)
2) the factory told me the way it is set up to hold different sizes ...are actually locked in...they are meant to charge 69mm batts or 89mm batts (those are what are pictured) so they would have to be MOD'ed a bit in order to correctly charge our batts. I will confirm this when we receive the samples.
3) We do however really like the design. We are in the process now of designing a version of it married to the design of our current slider exclusive to Smokeless Image and our batteries with a replaceable 1000mah + pcc battery ...like our slider.
When will it be available ....not sure...will let you know when we have finalized a design with the engineer
I also wanted to add that I think the Vogue PPC has the old spring connections when you place the battery in like the old SI PCC. As you know people had issues with those spring connectors getting stuck and breaking. It would be much better if you can get it designed with the screw on type connector.

I will definately be PIF soon with a lot of "stuff" I've gotten in the past 5 weeks of this transition into the "World of Vaping" - and I haven't even started "Vaping" full time yet . . .
However, like so many other people here on ECF I have - SPENT WAY TOO MUCH MONEY - that I do not have (being on a limited income) just testing stuff . . . And I already have at least 10 Pre-filled Cartomizers with juice I will never ever "VAPE" . . . (AND, YES - I know I could "clean" them and re-use them - but it is not the same as having a "fresh" cartomizer to get a true since of the juice and how it taste) . . . So - I was just asking if it was possible to get a sample like some other Vendors are willing to do (they send a free small sample bottle of juice) and all you have to do sometimes is pay for shipping . . .
Now, if that is not possible . . . I'll ask if there is anyone else interested in trying these menthols - maybe if there are 5 of us - Si would be willing to break one of each flavor of these 5 packs and send us samples at a nominal fee - or for just shipping cost . . .
