Yep - they are . . . and as another thought, you might want to also check out another thread out there, especially because someone else is also promoting writing them and opposing this bill too - and in some interesting ways, that include banners and the like . . . Just a thought and something to pass on to everyone - it is one of the places I've been to and been trying to use my limited talents there . . . :)

Also...for those who have not done so yet, or don't know....please check out CASAA as well.....and if possible give them your support. Here is their sub-forum on ECF and they have a GREAT website...... CASAA
They work hard to get people informed, educated and help protect our rights as vaping NON-SMOKERS

Twilight Zone
I think you should call them. They're very easy to work with and you just may get both the discount and the order change. Sure worth a try. They're a very customer oriented business.
Better call them early though. The way they ship you gotta be quick or it may be in your mailbox by the time you dial.

Dangit! I didn't know about the code and I just ordered 2 more kits (I just got my grandma and dad hooked. lol). I wish there was a way to edit an order because right after I ordered, my Dad changed his mind and decided to go with a bigger kit.

Please create an account at Popvox and OPPOSE this bill. :facepalm:The ONLY reason why this would be good, about the taxes...please dont hate me for saying that PLEASE...but then, we may have a chance that the fear of banning the ecig and ejuice all together may not be such an issue as it has been. i dont want to be taxed for ecigs BUT, if they tax it then we dont have to worry so much about bans...it is just a thought with NO knowledge of how anything works...but it makes sence that they wouldnt want to get rid of something they may tax :vapor:......
I would really appreciate if people dont get all over my .... for saying this..it is just a brainstorming thought
Good Day Voltans..less then 24 hours and i can order..WOOT

Hey - I don't speak for everyone, as you well know - however, I also don't think anyone is going to be that rude to "flame" you for your opinion or idea . . . Now with that being said and I 'm not trying to "get all over your ...." (BTW, funny choice of word to use here) - However, just think about one thing - they are consistently raising taxes on "analogs", yet they and the rest of the "socially correct" ( I really hate using this word) - "Nazi's" out there are jumping on the "band-wagon" and all over everyones else to "ban" them (Clearification: "analogs"/Tobacco products that are not "Cigars"/Cigar Bars). . . So why wouldn't they continue the fight against/ban an alternative that is so helpful to so many people to stop smoking and still TAX the h*ll out of it . . .

Just a thought, my :2c: and opinion and something to think about too . . .

OH YEA: FYI, just so people don't think I've finally lost it - But serious subjects do deserve a serious replies . . . No "Smilies" - Well maybe just 1, and possibly an appropriate one, especially since I'm being so good here . . . View attachment 52146

I do believe it is a double edge sword....either way....taxes or fear of bans that have already taken place...from what I understand in Canada they have banned ejuice WITH nicotine. So, bans are a real threat to the ecig industry.
If taxes get involved the small mom and pop places we all shop at could be hurt and big tobacco could get into it.
I respect everyones decisions..but there is good and bad on both sides of the tax issue :)

Now,,back to what is really essential...DREAMING of my Volt :) :vapor:

when i first started smoking in ny it was 3 and change a pack now its 13

moved to florida it was 3 and change again taxes more taxes now its 6 dollars.

they will start with a low acceptable tax on ecigs and next thing you will now it will be out of control.

im all for protecting my rights.

I was a somoker too..and yes I have suffered, being in chicago area, the rediculous taxes on cigarettes and yes I understand that taxing ecigs would most likely get out of control....the other side....if there are bans and such like that and that gets out of control...we loose on the ecig.....no win situation...which is the lesser of the two evils :vapor:

The ban threat would lesson cause they would be taxed and the government wouldnt want to loose the chance on revenue....but the big tobacco companies will jump on board and get their greasy hands on the ecig (which i am really surprised they havnt yet)

One more thing...the nic gum and all the other crap NRT's have more chems and crap in them..similar to cigs...hey, if they get the vaping community taxed, you got a market of people who uses vaping for 2 reasons, a hobby and to quit smoking.
I DO NOT WANT THE TAX, I am not advocating for it...it was just a brainstorming thought....no big deal
ok...Amy41996 let it go ,let it go....vaping, 1 2 3, vaping 1 2 3 and repeat
