Where I usually am
I just got a very polite PM saying I might have offended some with my last poem, #10. :( I was inspired by a couple of posts by Uncle for this poem and am truly sorry if it upset anyone. I wrote it with all due respect to all in this forum.

I NEVER mean to put anyone down or disrespect anyone in any of my posts. Sometimes, I guess, the words come out wrong.

If I have, I apologize and will try to be more careful in the future.
I would have to agree with chimney55. I haven't found anyone's posts to be offensive so far ether. That poem could be new lyrics for vapian:laugh::p

Connie, I went back to read your poem again and to me it's lighthearted and whimsical. But I couldn't see anything offensive in it. I've only been hanging out here a little over a month, so maybe I'm not qualified to even comment, but I've not seen any posts here or in the contest that should offend anyone. Anyway that just my two cents, because I was upset FOR you when I read your post. :)

Beating a dead horse with a stick... Here is a picture that hopefully explains what happened.

Hey, bad luck is better than crazy right ;)
Reguarding your picture above, of course you do realize there is no way to know for sure if the leads to the connector are breaking during use or disassembly... I'm making no claim as to what is happening in your case. I've just adjusted the center post on cartos and chargers without incident many times and always been a bit surprised how robust they seem.

Ok, experiment time....off to the workshop...or Batcave if you prefer :D

I realize that, but if you were sitting next to me, watching how gingerly I just removed that plug... I think it's safe to say that the thing was broken before I removed the plug. Likewise, I did the same thing to other cartos that have seen better days and all the parts were in tact.
Also... I'm not sure if you said it or not, but there is also no way to tell if the plug is rotating or not while screwing on the cartomizer. I know someone said that they screw theirs one tight and their plug does not rotate or spin.
P.S. I am crazy... Muahahahahaha!

View attachment 55280 - Let's SEE . . .

Sometimes "words" when said on the Internet can be taken so "wrong" . . . :(  :(

It all depends on the "intention" and "tenor" of the speaker . . .be it a ;) :) :2c:

That's why "Smileys"; "Emoticons," and "Quotation Marks" are so important . . . :)

So - AM "I" Offended by "Your" Poem. . . .

NOPE - NAH - NADA - NO . . . :D

AND - Just to make sure everyone and you hear me - one more time . . .

 Let "Me" emphatically state . .
.
Absolutely - NOT OFFENDED - in anyway ! ! ! !
(View attachment 55284 Except that anyone thought I might be offended by what you wrote - the poem was cute  and "Fluffy" ;) just the way I like things :D )

Matter of fact - I Feel Quite "Honored" and somewhat "embarrassed" - that "You" would even consider to put me in your poem View attachment 55285

AND - actaually, I enjoyed reading it so much so if I could award you a "prize" - I would . . .:D

However, all I can give and have for "YOU" right now is . . . a BIG View attachment 55281 and LOTS of View attachment 55282

THANK YOU ! ! ! ! for being so sweet to think of "Me" . . . :)

EDIT: BTW, I want to THANK - YOU and the original person/s who PM you for being sensitive enough to "Think" that it might have been offensive - AND I have even more appreciation for YOU because you did post an "apology" - it was nice of you to do. :D

I'm no doctor, but that could be a combination of nicotine withdrawal as well as withdrawal to the other chemicals contained in analogs. When I first started vaping, I didn't vape enough to reach the nicotine level that I got from analogs. I actually went into shock and had to be taken to the ER because my blood pressure bottomed out. I was on three blood pressure medicines geared toward a heavy smoker, and I wasn't getting the same blood pressure elevation that analogs produced. Are you still experiencing these problems?

That has all passed. Funny you mentioned blood pressure medicine. I was prescribed some a few years ago, however I have a issue taking medication. I dont believe in it. I tookm it for about a month & quite. I hate to say it but I feel like if it's my time then it's my time. I havent had a issue since. For some reason I have a hard time taking a man made pill. I'm just weird like that. It drives my wife crazy. Anywhooo I hope moving up tp a volt it doesnt affect my system like the blus disposables did at first. Actually the first I tried was a 21st century disposable & I felt the worst from it.

Buy Volt juice in the flavor you like and refill them. It's sooooo easy! :2cool:
You WERE talking about cartos, right?

Theses arent rechargacble, They are a 1 piece welded unit. I do have all the samplers headed mt way though.

HEY - "Vapian" - I know you might be busy with other "Stuff" ;) . . .
However, "DM" has a Good Idea . . .
Do you think you can come-up with a "Little Ditty" to go with "ConnieBGood" Poem . . .
Maybe we "ALL" could get together to do the "sing-a-long" . . .
NOW - that would be FUN ! ! !

I'm just waiting to "Dance" (Oh - if I was only in the same physical condittion I was in the 60's 70's & 80's I could really show what I could do) . . .

Have you tried ISO alcohol? I still use ISO occasionally for an overnight soak of tank atomizers and cartos, and then flush VERY thoroughly with water using the CartomizerFillinator on cartos and a fitted syringe on the atomizers. Don't know how that would compare with PGA or vodka though. When I use ISO on crudded-up atomizers, there are many visible chunks of carbon that break off.
Yep, tried it. Soaked for 4 hours, and no action whatsover.

Yeah, like I said, this could just be because I change cartomizers pretty often. I rotate through several flavors throughout my day. If it turns out that these problems are because of that... then I'll just have to start vaping through the whole carto until its done or my battery needs charging.

I change cartos before they are done, and so far, all that I have work. I'm a newbie, and I don't have a lot of know-how about how they are made, etc., but I screw them in gently, not till they are tight as they can get, just until it feels firm.

Wow, you weren't able to recharge them or refill them? Don't get me wrong... I'm glad you decided to leave "the dark side" and join the Volt family, but I thought that most "disposable" e-cigs were technically rechargeable and refillable. After all... I heard SteelJan say they ALL e-cigs are technically "disposable"... They don't last forever... Eventually, you will have to replace them.

Before I invested in Volt batteries, I got 3 disposable ones just to try vaping, and they came with instructions not to try to recharge them or refill them. I think that's probably the usual case, which makes them disposable rather than reusable, like the Volts.
