This thread has gotten very active lately. I like that, but I can relate to having to catch up.
Would like to eventually see this thread as a sub-forum, with a section for contests as well as the main thread.

Treadmill here I come (not really....not tonight) but it is good for my back!I found the easiest way for me to apply the skins was to lay it on my desk sticky side up and just roll the battery over it. Trick was to make sure it started out straight. You know how if you don't center a package just right when putting on wrapping paper then the two ends overlap a little crooked? Same thing here, but if it doesn't look like it is right at first, just roll back and start over.
Oh, well I was fighting with common sense and smart(censor) remarks - got the infractions to prove that, unfortunately. I must have missed the Puppies and Kittens memo that apparently was sent around

I guess my biggest issue with "the thread" is if all the suppliers were stating the same "incorrect" information, it came from somewhere..........I mean I doubt they all sat down and called each other to make sure they got their stories the same........I mean seriously you either like it or you don't.

Darkstar if that's your only issue let me assure you... they aren't too bad and if you mess up they will come off so you can reapply - they will come off at least 4 times (from own experience
I was able to apply two of them (I am usually a real klutz when it comes to this type of thing). Kept putting them on crooked but like I said they do come back off.
okay, this actually does make me feel a bit more confident about the whole thing!
So what, are they more like the non-permanent window/wall decals then pure, sticky all over my fingers to the point I cant put my fork down, stickers?

Yes, and it inspired me to find the old pics of my girls, which I've been wanting to do for ages. One of these days I might get another camera and have current ones. (And I don't have nor want a cell phone so, that is not an option.)
