I've been in & out all day since my earlier post wishing everyone a HAPPY Halloween (Glad everyone enjoyed seeing the BC :D ) . . .

SO a BIG View attachment 60110 . . .
To One and ALL for the Announcements and letting me know I won :) and for all the "Congratulations" from those who posted . . . :D

Matter of fact, when I got back to ECF, if my friend "Lax" (BIG - Thanks ! ! ! to him) didn't send me a PM and I didn't come here to see all the other post people left - I would never have known I won anything (didn't get any PM's from the Vendors :( ) . . .

Certainly a good amount of chuckles in here today. My Halloween movie night didn't go as planned, worked an early shift at a new station and by the time I got home all I was good for was sleep , wake up eat and back to sleep, with the odd reading here and there. Today is a state holiday. It's cup day, a day where the girls dress up in all sorts of dresses and fashion hats, the men in suits, they go to flemington race course where they drink and watch the horses race down the track. It's a day long event all leading up to one big race The Melbourne cup. Also known to pay tribute to a horse named pharlap who was the greatest horse in it's era.
I'm not big on watching horses race for sport. But it's nice this year that work has payed me to stay home and enjoy a nice BBQ along with everyone else.
Kell ? The mint is really nice- to me is like a spearmint/peppermint combo quite lite in effect with nice taste, not over the top and enough to leave a nice zing on your tongue. The menthol burst is slightly stronger but smoother and I find the ice menthol to just hit you in the face. Errr um the back of your throat. Good to use when you need to wake up ur taste buds & senses.
Woot congrats uncle on winning some contests, I know that ur going to be proud as punch!!!
Loved the devil costume Eyeb although seeing that first thing waking up... Scared me. (jk) lol
The ecf pumpkin kicks .... !!!! Love it
So I caved in cause (KBV) joose has been haunting me since I tried it in April, & had to place an order. Imagine please don't spank me.......
Now off to get some SI blanks and some usb plugs to make up for my monetary lapse of straying.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN everyone.

But, just to make sure today was still a bad day, the HR rep told me it would be nicotine that is being tested for, and they have some mysterious way of telling a patch from an e-cig. (me thinks that is B.S. but not willing to lose my job to find out). So I have to wean myself down to 0 nic in the next 2 months. It's either that or pay $70/mo. for the privilege of being a non-smoking smoker. Idiots.

Just as an FYI:

I hope this information is helpful and while I posted some of this before - Please check my original post to you about this, specifically the link to "How Long Does Nicotine Stay In Your System": http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...okelessimage-com-thread-1143.html#post4443169

You may also want to check out the following important information: Foundation for Blood Research (FBR): Cotinine Pamphlet

FBR's cotinine report suggests that my patient may be a light smoker, but he swears that he doesn't smoke. What explanation might account for this discrepancy?

Assuming that the patient is being truthful, your patient could be exposed to cigarette smoke on the job, at home, or elsewhere. Second hand smoke can be responsible for relatively high cotinine levels; patients should be advised to reduce their exposure to second hand smoke.

IN Addition in the same article:

How will nicotine patches, gum, or aerosols affect cotinine levels?

Cotinine is a metabolic byproduct of nicotine. Nicotine replacement medications produce cotinine just as tobacco does. FBR should be advised if nicotine is available to the patient in pharmacological form.

And there is this one: Smoker's Nicotine - Cotinine Drug Test

The above and many of these are from a "Google" search - there is additional information here: Workplace Nicotine Testing: What Are The Risks? ; Nicotine Test Kits | Nicotine Testing from Home Health Testing ; Pass Nicotine Drug Tests ;

Including: Google

Remember - You do have RIGHTS ! ! !

AND as far as I know - right now - Before you are tested, they have to tell you what they are testing for and you cannot be forced to take any medical test without your direct consent - even a nicotine test . . . You can refuse as with any other personal and/or invasive test - Check EOE US EEOC Home Page and your Local State Employment laws California Labor and Workforce Development Agency.

Not posted for a while - by the time I've caught up with all the posts I'm forum'ed out! Loving all the pics, such a rare thing on forums today. But great to put faces to Volters. It's odd there aren't more international posters here though......but as an Englishman living here in upside-down-land I can kill 2 birds with one stone (no offence Tom!)
Speaking of which, reptilr, had a great time in Melbourne, so good in fact that within a hour of being there I decided to move there next year. Was based in South Yarra, and had a great night at a rather exclusive gig down at the Docklands - and yes, managed to vape in several bars.

So, hi all, enough ramblings for now - time for a cup of tea and a 555...

Morning all! Last night was a pretty typical Halloween for me. Watched some of the Ghost Hunters Live investigation, watched the final episode of the Bad Girls Club, the went to bed and watched Ginger Snaps. Come to think of it....it was a typical Monday night.
It's November now and I'm starting to get excited about Thanksgiving. I swear I'm gonna put on about 50lbs this holiday season! Almost time to buy a nice big bird and plunk it in the deep fryer......yummmmmmmmmm.
I wonder what vape goes best with fried turkey?

Okay watching the Today Show this morning and - Surprise, Carrie Fisher was on and "smoking an e-cigarette" LIVE ! ! !

During her two interviews, first with Ann Curry and then later with Hoda & Kathie Lee - there was Carrie Fisher using an e-cigarette that looked just like a Volt ! ! ! :)

AND - if you notice, during both interviews they had to make sure the audience knew it was an "Electronic Cigarette" she was inhaling and during the second they stipulated it was Vapor . . .

You can see the first interview with Ann Curry video here:

(In the first 45 seconds you see Fisher puffing away)

Here, there, everywhere!
Wow! Hordes of children just arrived on my doorstep to collect their candy! Glad I bought extra bags.

Live to far out in the Boonies for even one to show up:( (Guess I am not home anyway)

Kinda miss the hoards of kids knocking on the door for goodies. NEVER have Trick 'r Treaters here. :(

I never have lived anywhere that people showed up trick-or-treating, think it would be cool though (Wait - I am not home anyway)

Is it Friday yet ???????

I wish - but NO:(
