It's my understanding that the Volt carto's are bottom coil and doesn't come in contact with the batting. That being the case, a burnt taste would come from a dry atty and not burnt batting. Washing wouldn't help since it's a wicking issue. With Volt nicquid being mostly PG, it's made for the carto to achieve proper wicking. The solution would be to use the same PG ratio in your own liquids for best results.

the ry4 was most likely still in the carto a bit and helped the other juice wick.... I would recomend just topping off more often when i have used higher pg juices like every 20 puffs

I thought about trying the condom method; just looks messy. I thought filling and letting it sit overnight should have worked fine, but it didn't.

My bounty hunter juice showed up in the mail before my blanks, so I tried some out using an empty RY4 carto I had laying around. It worked perfectly with it; filled it 2 or 3 times without a problem. (tastes amazing too btw!)

hi rhianna89 ...if you chose first class shipping there would not be international tracking and should take about 1-2 weeks to reach you in Canada.... priority should update once it gets scanned into Canada...however the tracking systems can be unreliable as they do not always scan as they should along the way...and with the holiday on the 31st, 1st and 2nd I am sure things may have gotten a bit caught up.

Yeah - a new carto I find needs 25 to even 30 drops sometimes. I start with 20 let it set, add 5 and so on so forth!

yes exactly... burnt taste is just a dry atomizer...not buring filler....

rule of thumb with these cartos is thinner clearer liquids work best and keep them alive longer...when i use darker juices and higher pg...you will see the batting/filler start to get more puffy ...and have to top off every 20 puffs or so to get a good wicking...

Well, you know me. I'm not a fan of filler cartos either but the SI cartos are good. They taste just as clean as our other favorite vendors CE2's.

actually nope... since there is no international tracking with first class that will be the last thing it says before it shows up to your door about 6-14 days from the day it shipped
