we are addressing this issue as best we can... we should be fully stocked by the 15th. Very sorry for the issue :(

I'm a little frustrated. I'm pretty new at all this, or, should I say, my husband is. Early on, I got sold on the Volt, hook, line and sinker. I went to the SI website, ready to plunk down some hard earned funds on what I thought would be the best buy for hubby. I was distressed to find that the products that I wanted were out of stock. I was told to be patient. I was. I kept checking back. Finally, forever later, the batteries and cartomizers that I wanted are in - YAY! Now, I learn that the USB chargers are out. I want to make ONE PURCHASE. Ordering the batteries and cartos makes no sense if he can't charge them. It's not as if I am after the much awaited "new and improved" PCC. I just want some pretty basic stuff. I realize you guys have enjoyed a huge surge in popularity, but you really, truly need to get your inventory under control. With so many other brands vying for my scarce bucks - someone please tell me why I'm still waiting around? Sorry - I know you're trying, but WTH?

I haven't been around as long as Laura, so I haven't wasted $800 on different equipment and supplies (frankly, I couldn't afford to!), but I have experimented with some other products when SI did not have what I wanted, and I have to say that I have not been as satisfied with those alternatives. That is why I think it is worth your wait. If your DH is not happy with the results, he won't be as likely to use it. It takes some getting used to, and having the best equipment and supplies is well worth it!

Thank you, kblush500, for the Bloog recommendation, laura99, for the oh-so-generous offer and advice. To sherlockholmes, you are so right - that has been my intent the entire time - to give him the absolute best chance of success! That is really why I've waited so long, because I believe SI to be a great company, with a great product that I believe will give my DH the best shot at quitting analogs for good. I just want to get on with it, so I hope you all will forgive my frustrated whining. Imagine, thank you, as I said, I know you all are trying. Maybe you can help me with a couple more questions:

1. The Volt Carrying Case - The description says it holds fully assembled 78s. The reviews say not so much. Is there a trick? I really want this case to work (the other one I bought from another company sucks) and I want to buy 78s. Guidance would be most appreciated.

2. Is there a valid coupon code for a decent discount right now? I'm racking up quite the cart and it's really more than I should be spending.

Thank you all for your continued kindness. ECF rocks!

the carrying case will fit an assembled 78mm (not with a bling tip) ...but it is a tight fit....but there is room to store 4 unassembled batts and 4 cartos at the same time.

you can use coupon code 10VOLTECF for 10% off :)

As far as not being able to afford it, I just allowed my self about $60 a month for stuff (I was saving so much by not by analogs). It sounds horrible but it really wasn't. But now I am saving lots more - including my health:)

That's a great idea to make a monthly budget for vaping necessities and fun stuff you want to try! That way you can still save money from quitting smoking and still have some fun!

I placed my order with SI last night for my new Volt and supplies and it was shipped this morning!! You guys must be so busy!!!

So glad you decided to try the Volt. I read your other post asking for suggestions and ,wow, you were getting tons of head spinning information. I've wasted a lot of money and tried a lot of different PVs and still use my egos every once in a while, but the Volts are my mainstay. Only wish I had found them first.
Smokeless Image also has the very best customer service out there. They are super people to deal with.
You can't go wrong with the Volts.

Hi! :) Thank you for your support! You're sure right that I got a lot of head-spinning information and different opinions and options but I appreciated it! I listened to everything carefully and checked out the different companies and Volt stood out as the one to try! Also, hearing about the great customer service was a deciding factor because when everything is going fine you don't think about it, but when something goes wrong you want to know that someone has your back! :)

This thread was very hard to find! In fact I couldn't! I had to start a thread asking for someone to give me the link to it! Some nice person did! The only reason I knew there was one is because in another thread I had someone mentioned that there wasn't an SI forum, but a super thread! :) I sure hope that SI can have it's own sub-forum soon!!!!

Imagine, would it be allowed for SI to put the URL for this thread on its website? That might make it easier to find. How else could it be made more visible/findable?

I didn't even know you had a separate contest thread going

The thing is that, I don't think some of the good juice flavors like the Classic Grape, Cowboy, and RY4 are getting enough exposure or deserved hype on the forums. Perhaps a few of the people on this thread could collaborate on an SI juice thread on another subforum.

I personally prefer SI juices over several of the "big name" vendors, so I think it would be nice for more people to hear about them.

After they get their huge stock in. The regulars wouldn't want the juice all sold out every time they go to reorder! It's bad enough now.

you have to hold the button down for a full 4 seconds to start the charging cycle... the pcc lights will go out but your battery led should remain on the entire time....

pressing the button quickly just lights up the unit and the display.

Can someone explain how to use the sliding pcc case? It's not working for me and I dont know what I'm doing wrong but my batts are never charged after putting them in there. I hold the button down and the LED goes on both on the case and the e cig but then eventually both go off so I assume it is not charging??
