Hoping someone with more Volt experience than I have can help me. I think one of my batteries is going bad, but since this is the first time I've had any problem with them I don't know if this is how they act. The battery was working okay till after a charging. Then It acted like it needed to be charged right away. I keep the batts clean, but gave it an extra good cleaning and recharged it. It charged for the normal amount of time and the led light went out and the usb charger turned blue. But when I put a carto on it, it did the same thing again. Almost no power, the led fades, very little vapor or taste. If I draw on the battery w/o a carto on it, it lights up bright, but won't seem to fire enough with a carto attached. So, is this how a battery acts when it's going bad? Oh, and I ruled out a carto problem by trying several that worked on other batts. I just want to make sure that's what is happening before I give it last rites and replace it.

Quick question about the "condom filling method" -- when I looked up videos on how to do it they used the condom/end cap without the plug in it but wouldn't you want to use the one with the plug so the liquid doesn't go into little pipe that's in the middle of the fluff?

Hi - Just a Quick & "Dirty" Answer for YA'. . .

If You do use that end with the plug . . . YOU WILL HAVE OVERFLOW . . . I did it using the plug end and have regretted it many a time, especially when I forgot to make sure I was using the other "No Plug" cap . . .

Marlou...before you give up on the battery you might try raising the post just a little, it may have been pushed down during the charging process. Worth a try before putting it to rest.

Getting my favorite color in a Volt battery is Cool! Sealed Auto Green 78mm with a Green LED, would look great with a crystal diamond cap. Said battery arriving defective, not so great but theirs a Warranty. Waiting for a replacement since its out of stock, ..well I'll make due, I'm glad they are successful to sell out.
Replacement arriving with a White LED instead of Green, Not Cool! I'm disappointed!!

I use the one without the plug and insert battery side first. That way it fills from the bottom up.

Wow!! Can you put four USB chargers on this at once and charge 4 batteries? Does it plug into the wall?

Yes, and yes. It comes with a 2.5 Amp power supply...up to 7 batts, if you want. I use it every night.
I wouldn't try a USB hub on a computer port though. Those aren't made to put out that much power.

I'm one of the unfortunates that gained weight My eating habits didn't change one bit, but right when I started vaping is when the pounds started to creep on. It totally sucks. Everything I read about weight gain from quitting smoking only talks about nicotine being an appetite suppressant and affects metabolism. Or people replacing their oral fixation with a cookie. But since I didn't give up nicotine or the act of smoking, there must be something else in cigarettes that kept my weight in check. I wonder how many calories are in 555 juice.

I did some calcs (Cindy the big dork) on e-juice (cherry flavor), and it was like 5 calories per carto, including a big portion of that which gets blown out or stays in the carto...so it's not the juice. I think when I finally quit smoking (my last bad vice), I made some positive changes to my diet too - just felt like the right thing to do!

You could probably find a 7-port hub locally, or at least on that side of the ocean, right? The brand of this particular one is "Digital Innovations." I would try a Google search from where you are and see, just to save on shipping.

i have since found that more than 40vg mix in juices gives me blotchy red skin & breathing problems so now i only use si & kbv juice In higher pg mixes.

Thank you very much for that info. I've been having thoses problems for quite a while and never realized it could be vaping vg. I use 100% vg in all my flavors.

Did it also make your scalp dry and flaky? Never had those probs till I started vaping.

Depends on which way you're dunking the carto. Thread side first, ALWAYS use the one without the plug. Top side first, you could use the one with the plug, but it still might drip a little - it doesn't seal it off completely. Which might be good, because if it did, you'd probably create a vacuum and your liquid won't go anywhere.

I've started doing it this way too - figured it's a lot easier to wipe off the thread than having to Taryn spin like crazy and still getting that burnt taste and having to refill.

Cool! Plus you know the plug will be compatible with your wall outlet.

The top one looks like it would work, but Mickey's slots might be a little too close together - you'd only be able to use half of them.
