A word about $$ saved by switching to vaping: Spent about $130 / month on ciggys. Now that I've got all my e-devices, which have paid for themselves by now, I spend about $50 - 75 on e-cig stuff.
I put myself on a budget and I have stuck to it by keeping a wish list. Then, at the end of the month when I get my paycheck, I get out the list and determine what I really need, add a few things I just want and make the purchases. My DH recently got an e-kit (after much protesting and me letting him think it was his idea) he reports the thing has already paid or itself. So yeah, great savings on vaping vs analog smoking.

So did he end up with the e-pipe like he wanted? Glad he's liking it.
Crazy about the savings, ain't it? It took me about 5-6 months to break even and get my gear together, but now I'm good with about $35/month in e-liquid.

Hi standpoint welcome to the thread yes we saw that... We have actually applied for the trademarks last year for volt under electronic cigarettes. so we will see what happens thanks for the heads up though

Now, what gives them rights to do something like that? Is it because there's no "TM" next to the Volt logo?
Hmmm...when their "Volt" starts getting bad reviews, I hope it doesn't come back to bite US!

Okay, so I have another silly question.... I have been seeing "flavorless" juice from some of the vendors.. what is the purpose? I mean is there a special reason why you get this? Just to vape with no taste? I guess curiosity killed the cat, but I wanna know.

Do a search and some hard reading on WTA (Whole Tobacco Alkaloid).

I won't try explaining it here, and be advised, it's not for everyone. And it's not cheap.

Jerry at Aroma-ejuice seems to be the most informed WTA producer IMHO.

I purchased the product about 6 months ago for the selfish purpose of getting a real cig tobacco high.
Didn't do a darned thing for me. I had already been a full time vaper and was totally off analogs by then.

Hi! I have the same situation so I know what you mean! One day I will think 11mg nicotine is enough and the next day it will not seem satisfying enough and I will want to vape 15mg. I know it's a small difference but 15mg seems to hit the spot and be perfect for me. For some odd reason I want to stay at 11 and not go to 15 even though there's only a 4mg difference so I don't know what to do. I think if I can't be satisfied with 11 I will feel bad about myself. Does anyone have any advice for me? This is really bothering me! Thanks!

If 15 makes you not want an analog, go for it! Don't feel guilty. Do whatever works.

Hi does anyone know how dark the chocolate liquid is? I have some from another vendor but it is really dark and its clogging up my cartos quite quickly. I have some on order from si and I am hoping that it isn't the same.

I have the chocolate liquid from SI, and it's amber.

Pulled the trigger.. got the pro kit with all the fixins.. went with the black and green auto batteries with the green led's.. got Ice Menthol, RY4, the Strong Sampler and some blank cartos.. I'm giddy.

You guys are killing me! I am soooooooo jello - lime jello with envy - over all the style stuff! Wah! I want to buy all these cool colors, with wraps and blings and nifty colored LEDs. Ya'll are having so much fun and I'm stuck buying plain, white batts with orange LEDs. Plain, plain, plain. Boring, boring, boring. I keep telling my man "C'mon, Sweetie... don't you want a nice blue or something? That's manly, right???" Wah. Just one widdle diamond tip. Is that too much to ask for???

And Laura, hon... OMG. I'm not even a spider-phobe and that pic is creeping me out. LOL

Just give him time, and he may want to get some different colors. Silver is really nice, and that may not be as different from white as the others. Why not just order him one and tell him if he doesn't like it, it can be a backup if the others need charging. The idea may grow on him. Show him a picture of Rave's magnificent collection. It's back there somewhere, if you want to search for it. I think it was Laura who had a nice set of batteries she showed us, too. And some of the skins look neat, too.

I think he probably wants it to look as much like a cigarette as possible so it doesn't stand out and cause a lot of curiosity and discussion. Some people love talking about their e-cigs, but others may be shy.

I've been working a lot with Lexi and started her on clicker training. For awhile there I was concerned about her because she seems to sleep about 20 hours a day. So - I spent some time perusing mastiff forums and found out that this is completely normal. They are just a verrrrry lazy breed. My new nickname for her is "Speed Bump".

Now - On to Volt stuff!

Actually, I understand the prejudice against KR808's. When I first used them years ago I was completely unimpressed. The vape was cold and the flavor was definitely lacking. Frankly, I probably wouldn't have tried the Volt had I realized that it was a KR808. But - This is a whole 'nother animal altogether. Many of the folks that consider KR808's to be for beginners only probably never tried the Volt, and don't realize that the hefty mods are just not necessary for warmth, great flavor, and satisfaction. Hi everyone!

Just wondering for those who have tried the cappuccino flavor--is it strong? I'm looking for something light. I actually love french vanilla cappuccino's and am thinking of buying the vanilla and cappuccino liquids to mix together. Anyone try mixing them before? I have a cappuccino from another vender, but it's very strong. I've mixed some with one of my vanilla cartos and it's not too bad. Just a little overwhelming with the cappuccino.

Actually, I might like SI's cappuccino if it was stronger, so give it a try. With the stuff you have, what if you added more vanilla? Would that tone down the cappuccino?

hey Volties!! I hope your weekend is going well. I had fun today, I am still setting up the "Media Room" which used to be bedroom of the wayward 18 Yr old that I had living here. The room is HUGE, it has been renovated by previous owners into like a teenagers retreat, so a room for bedroom and then another room attached which was like a study/rumpus room or whatever. So I was at office works (I love that place its like my bunnings!!) and got myself a sweet new office chair, some fully sick speakers /sub woofer for my laptop (hahahaha) some storage stuff to have on my desk for my Volt gear etc etc. It was like heaven for me. Got all my favourite things around me (and a desk beside me with my Fiance's set up hehehe) so yeah I am broadcasting to you tonight (saturday night 7.20pm) from the coolest room in da house! Now I just have to catch up with all your posts! I did see my favourite SI Celebratory SteelJan say G'day woohoo.
