SmokinGee, I read through that. Unfortunately, all packing material is now in a public landfill somewhere, as I don't hang on to that kind of stuff. I wouldn't even know where to ship it. Not to mention that the website says items "MUST be accompanied by a valid RMA"...which I can't seem to get. :(

I fully understand the NEED To GET RID of "STUFF" you think of as garbage - but when you get something you are not use too - that is only one reason - NO ONE SHOULD THROW OUT PACKING MATERIALS FOR AT LEAST 1 MONTH ! ! !

Now to fix your problem and issues you are having, I am online and have the website open, so I will walk though this with you . . .

Okay are you signed in to your account or are you just able to access the "Contact Us" on the website . . .

EDIT: Doing this in thread to also possibly help others too . . .

I've found over the years that companies can be reasonable as far as that goes. I kept the boxes all the stuff came in (the cool lil smokeless image ones) but tossed the brown box. If you package the return properly I'm sure they can work with you. I would start by contacting them at the website and trying to get an rma from there. I've had no problems getting in touch with them. Also, you may want to try contacting Imagine on this forum.. she can lead you in the right direction if all else fails.

Here, there, everywhere!
Just for you Laura:

fly.gif

Today I realized one of my cartomizers from a blank 5 pack doesn't work. Not as big of a deal as my batt, as I can do without that 5th carto for a bit, still frustrating. Wasted a ~ml of e-liquid though.. ugh.. I am not having the best of luck with all this. (Notified SI Cust Serv.)

The carto might not be making contact - if you look at the battery end of it you can screw that out a little and see if that helps - has saved some of mine before.......just a suggestion.

See everyone later . . .

you have to hold the button down for a full 4 seconds.. see if that helps :)
Okay help!! I hope I am just doing something wrong here. lol

Last night I plugged up my new purple PCC, the blue light come on and the bars go up and down a few times then blinks a few times. When I went to bed 3 hours later, it was still doing the same thing. This morning when I got up to come to work it was doing the same thing. I unplugged it all and brought it with me to work. Plug it up to my pc..... same thing. I unplug it and screw the Volt in place push the button, close the case, unscrew it, screw it again and nothing. no light or no indication whatsoever that its even charging.

What am I doing wrong?

hmm that does not sound right...you might have to email customer service sorry to say...

you can try taking the battery out and putting it back in also

absolutely no light on whatsoever unless its plugged up and then its only blue. Never goes to red no matter how many times I push the button. If its not plugged in there is no light at all.

Well, Imagine took care of my battery problem (waiting for my new batt still). Thanks again Imagine!

On the dead carto, try taking a paper clip or something small and gently wiggle and lift the center post of the carto. It may just not be making contact with the battery. It doesn't take much. I know you shouldn't have to do this but once in a while it may happen. If it works it beats tossing it with the juice. Wish I could help with the pcc but I don't have one of the new ones. I'm about two pages behind on reading so if someone else has suggested this disregard.

Hi Eulogy37 welcome to the thread :)

You just have to email us here to open a service ticket : Smokeless Image | The Best Electronic Cigarette

I am sure they will just send you out a new charger...

Last week, I received batteries and a USB charger, but the charger is busted...no lights come on and it won't charge the batteries. I went to the website, which said to call the phone number and get an RMA # to swap out the charger. When I called and spoke to customer service, the man told me that I could do all I needed to do on the website. I figured it was a button I just glossed over. Now that I've revisited smokelessimage.com, I can't find any return instructions outside of calling the number again (which I did 10 mins ago which went to voicemail).

Can someone help me swap this charger out?

How come sometimes when i take a drag, its really loose feeling and sometimes its stiffer?
When its loose i get almost no TH unless I really reef on it for like 6 seconds.
and thats when i feel the cold air coming thru too.
and i use all the same cartos.

edit: Also the cartos are just filled and full when its happeneing sometimes.

if liquid has gotten on the internal switch it can make it slow to respond and turn on.... is it only with one battery? that might be the case...you may want to try leaving it out in the sun to dry out a bit...

I've been getting several charges for my 2 78mm batteries.. I've been charging before the led starts blinking but when I first got it I was waiting til they were dead.

Well, Imagine took care of my battery problem (waiting for my new batt still). Thanks again Imagine!

My PCC:
I haven't run exact tests yet, but it seems I'm only getting two charges out of it (two 65mm charges), and I'm not sure if it is holding a charge. Again I haven't been paying exact attention to charging cycles. How is everyone else with the new PCC? I know with some new cell phone batts, I have to go through a few cycles with them (Full charge, full drain, full charge, and even some bump charging sometimes) to calibrate them; perhaps the same with my PCC batt...? Any thoughts?
