For the first time since Vapebash, we have finally gotten our order time down to 1-2 days! Good time to order if you were thinking about it.

I sent you a message on your store page and a PM in the forum. Wrong items in package.

I am going to send the items back but if it will speed up getting product I will purchase again if it will get it here quicker.

Yeah, my worker felt bad because he knew he had sent the wrong size as soon as he looked. We'll have the new ones out tonight though. ..no need to reorder!

I will have SS tubes up for the Lavagen tanks available in the next couple days. Possibly earlier. If that helps. For glass, it is possible a Bedazzled Tube for the Lava Tank might fit. My Stainless tube fits the Lava Tank, so it stands to reason....No guarantees though! I'll ask Dino what he thinks.

I need to clarify the tube sizes and offer them for the models they fit on the website. The days of just saying 19mm mini or XL are long gone I guess! This doesn't mean that one model height will absolutely not fit another model's tube height. It only means that it probably won't fit perfectly. We are only talking 2-3 millimeters difference between any of these, so they are interchangable to some degree.

This is the 19mm tube breakdown by cap model:
19mm Tanks:

The Pro-V1, Centauri, Reactor, The new Type 3 Top Slanted Cap all use the same height tubes.

The original Pro-V (before 3/1/13) and all 19mm Cartomators use the same height tubes.

22mm tanks.:

The Pro-Vex, Pro-V2, Vex, Cartomator VX all use the same height tubes.

I ordered a set of Reactor caps for a 19mm SS tank that I bought on my last order. The problem is that a standard boge carto is not long enough to seat against the oring in the top cap. It just floods. When it actually gets seated, the carto does not make contact with the center pin of any of my mods, including a Provari, and a Provari mini.
Is there a "Reactor only" SS or Pyrex tank for the reactor ? I was under the impression that the Reactor caps would work on all of the 19mm tanks you sell.
Please advise.

Thanks,
Mike

The Reactor requires the shorter Centauri/Pro-V tube or yes you will certainly have the exact problems you are listing. The carto won't fit and seat against the cap and then it will slide in and not make a connection. You can get this size in poly or SS currently. Fused Quartz will be available for it soon.

do we know when the top fill hole option will be available and what caps will have the option
The only models that will get the top-fill port are the 22mm tanks. Its just not possible on the 19mm models.
The first tank with the top fill-port is the Cartomator VX. It is quietly available now for shipment later this week. I say quietly because there are no pictures yet and I don't really expect many people to buy it sight unseen! Plus, I honestly don't mind if it starts off as a trickle. It is easier on us to get a product rolling that way.
The 2nd tank to get the top fill port is the Pro-V2. As soon as we get settled with the VX release, this one will be coming. My guess is 10 days.
We will also offer mail-in service to retrofit previously purchased Pro-V2 caps after we get rolling.
Not sure about the Vex models yet. That is alot of Stainless to drill through and the top cap is easily removable as is.

That's a very cool and unexpected development.
