Even the "eye for an eye" old testament world would surely only condemn them to have their hands cut off or whatever, not DEATH.

But... (I am legally required to say this as your crazy sibling) take hope! All is not lost! At least they didn't steal your pet!

Although oh my I am sorry to hear it, sounds like it took a while to acquire. Can you like, does your parents homeowners policy cover this type of theft? I mean, in the EU, nicotine is somewhat legit. Maybe you can replace it with newer stock??

Yeah, they have to get a crime number which seems to be taking a lifetime.
The problem is though, they don’t sell it anymore! That’s the bit that churns my stomach.

In fact, in order not to declare, "I am going to (censored) FIND THEM," and swift preparations for a lengthy voyage to administer justice, well there would have to be a ton of persuasion for that not to happen. Possibly restraints.

I’m upset but we’ll wait and see what insurance says and things. I may be able to get back to square 1 before I’ve finished these 2 mini bottles in which case I’ll be fine. If not then I’ll be angry. Hopefully all will be well and I’ll end up with my own again and it’ll be 3 years newer!

i'm really sorry to hear this mate. reminds me of our break in several years ago. all the electronics and silver in the hutch were left, but they took my FRESHLY prepared macaroni & cheese pan, our brand new tub of ice cream, made themselves a cup of tea & left a cupcake on the window sill they broke in through. they could have at least left a plate of that mac and cheese. it was my 1st successful homemade sauce.
