With your supplies you can def sub-ohm. If you want realistic accuracy in terms of resistance make sure the ohm tester you purchase is quality. I can't suggest 1 in particular as I don't use what would be considered a platform based tester. I am particularly lucky since I have a Fluke 87 multi-meter.

Hopefully this thread will help you a bit more with ohm meter purchase

Cheers mate, I'll have a look!

I have found those little black box meters to be just as accurate as my more expensive multimeters, maybe a little more due to they don't have the test leads which can add tiny amounts of resistance.
Regardless of which kind of meter you get always get a base reading by shorting the leads together, or shorting the connector with a screwdriver if its a dedicated meter, that way you know if there is any base resistance you must subtract from your final reading.

I've also found the small black box meters to be exceedingly accurate, the act of measuring the resistance while the atomizer is screwed into a 510 connection like it will be during use is very important IMO, allows nothing to move around and change the reading.

This is the one I own, I have had no issues regarding accuracy or anything.

Works every time and the reading never fluctuates, no complaints from me.
