i am running medusa rdta . tsuka coil. the coil resistance is 0.35 but somehow the mod keep reading between 0.5 to 1 ohm randomly

For a .35 ohm coil I'd say you have an intermittent contact somewhere that's causing that. It could be anywhere from the coil itself to the contacts in the Smok mod.

Contact resistance is likely the problem. The path from the mod's center contact through the mod to the coil is probably intermittent. Try a new atomizer or a different mod to differentiate between possible causes.

Which Smok mod are you using?

i am using smok qbox

Can you take it to a vape shop and have them check it? You are going to need some spare parts to troubleshoot. Swap in a new coil or atomizer and then try the old one in another mod to see if the problem moves with the coil or goes away.

The process of elimination is helpful, but only if you have multiple parts to substitute. Vape shops will help you determine what's going on and sell you a replacement for the bad part if needed.
