When I mount the coil it's almost in the prefect spot maybe a hair closer to posts than I want. When I tighten the screws they will pull on the coil slightly. I then use the mandrel and a bit of out ward pressure to reposition the coil.
Here's a set of coils I made last night, the outward pressure and repositioning were not done with a lot of force notice the bend in the leg is still there.
