Young smokers may get hooked on e-cigarettes (and nicotine) due to their enticing flavors.
O.K. now this argument is really ticking me off,I see it every time E-Cigs are mentioned.
It is the most ridiculous reason to be against ANY product I've ever seen.My local news station had a piece on E-cigs and it was actually pretty good till the doctor got on talking about the kids and the flavors.I guess they should just make a law that when you reach the age of 18 you should have your taste buds removed,we are not allowed to like anything that tastes good.
Not long ago I was in the grocery store and I saw some chocolate shot glasses,yep that's right...chocolate shot glasses..something to drink alcohol out of, made of chocolate..someone call the authorities we are going to have a bunch of 9 year old alcoholics running around.Not like the stores don't already have fruit flavored wine coolers or anything,if they did it would go great with the grape flavored cigar wraps that are on the counter at the gas station next to me.
Note to gov't: let parents be parents and do their job.If a child ends up using an E-Cig there is only 3 people to blame:the parents,the child and the person who sold it.It is not the fault of the vast majority of responsible adults trying to live a healthier life.
