Before you buy into the hype that X volts is better than Y volts, you should understand that voltage is meaningless without factoring in the resistance of the atty or carto. Wattage is what determines the PV's performance. If you're running a 3.7v PV with a 1.5 ohm atty, you're pushing more watts than 4.7v with a 2.5 ohm atty.
