First of all, thank God that I accidently ran into this forum month ago while looking for decent pipe for (OTHER STUFF). That was my beginning of this vaping journey. Started with this utter crap called 'blu', then eGo-v knck-offs. Now eVic. But I have heard about this ProVaris and also saw one at my local vape shop. The price was really high something like I could buy 2 eVics for price of this ProVari. I asked the owner of the shop and he said he wouldnt pay for that much money for it but also said its like tank durability. thats it. Oh yeah.. instead of eVic can only go up to 5 volts (yet...lets wait til newer version;)) but ProVari can go up to 6. info screen is so hard to play with. weight is heavier so feels better when you grab it. But that price for it? I will just stick with my eVic and get Nimbus. Even store owner said he doesnt really recommend it unless you want to sell yourself into this bif fan-based over hyped product.:glare:

There is nothing special or great about Provaris, nothing at all. 1 year warranty...meh, nothing special there. Made in the USA? nope nothing special about that either. A company that stands behind it's products, goes out of it's way to support it's customers? Nah. Reliable? Built like a brick ..... house? Super easy to understand and intuitive user interface, way overrated. I can't possible understand why someone would want one. I'm sure some one will chime in with all the useless features I missed.

It doesn't matter anyway. One doesn't just get a ProVari - one is called.

Yep. And until they add a puff counter, I wouldn't even consider getting one.

This. Even store owner (He was being very honest. Not trying to sell expensive stuff) made face expressions like "ProVaris...ha" lol

Its just that you paid $200 for this device when other similar categori'ed' product only cost $20~$30 or some advanced ones around $60~80, they HAVE to hypnotize themselves that they made dead right decision.

Yes. ProVaris got huge fan base but I think its like 'Beats by Dr. Dre' headphones which is over priced for sure for its performance but you can get alot better or similar headphones for less then half of its price

I've nothing against the Provari per se, but it just doesn't suit my needs. I'm retired and home a lot so I have the advantage of being able to use multiple mods during the course of the day. I have four Vamos and two K-100s and I rotate through them all day. It's more affordable to have many less expensive mods than it is to have just a few expensive ones. My way I don't have to keep switching tanks. Just my thought on the subject.

Provari has a connector on the top so you can change atomizers. also has a battery you can change and most are re-chargeable.

So if someone had a different opinion from this honest store owner, would they be dishonest?

No its not that.

If I was him, I would have the customer to spend more money but he was the one who told me not to buy ProVaris but just go for better delivery system which actualled cost me 1/6 of price of ProVaris.

I have searched the web before I went there and I even told him that I have enough budget to get some of those high-end gears.

So I only spent $45 instead of $250
