I've just received my GG Slim after trading my GGSS for it, (very shexy!!), BUT, I'm getting COLD vapor and NO TH here!

I'm using the 510 adapter on it..any ideas guys? (Same atty on my Ego is delivering warm vapor and good TH, so it's not the atty or the liquid..A.C.)

HELP!

there is no cold vapor sweety. You dont get any vapor maybe?

This happened once with my wifes GGSS, but happened a bit after she had used it a while. I fixed it by extending the spring in the cap end a bit so better contact is made when pushing the button.

Not exactly sure that was the issue but it made her happy. You do have to keep on top of those batteries, sometimes they drain out very fast, and they seem to really need a good solid charge.

somewhere out there......
take off both caps and look at the contact points that hit each side of battery. If you see any black take either 1000 grain sand paper or use nail filer and rub that on the contact points.... also on the attie threads look at the contact center post and see if there is any black if so clean that as well. This should help a lot. Sometimes you get a build up and it causes some resistance which causes low vapor quality and cooler vapor.... just a thought....

also look at both negative and positive ends on the battery you are using to see if there is any black.... take a dry cloth and lightly rub off the black stuff.

i hope this helps....:)

Yeah, Make sure your using a fresh charged battery...If you already checked the atomizer on another device and it works fine, then you can eliminate the atty as the problem. I would start with a fresh battery, and if the problem is still there, I would check all the contact points, maybe clean the atty contact post, and switch contact, etc. But first start with a fresh battery.......

Yea those little batteries are a problem I had with my Slim also. Got some new ones and back to the little master blaster it always was....

I think it was probably a combination of the batteries and the spring. I gave the spring a good pull to stretch it out a bit. I charged the batteries up last night and it seems to be hitting a lot better now!! :w00t:

So is domino a happy vaper now? Does the Slim live up to the expectations you had about the GG?

It does! My only 'complaint' is the button location..it's a bit tough for me to hit the button without the GG sliding around in my hand. (Told you they were small!) I'm finding that I have to put my thumb on the 'ledge' at the top of the GG, (where the cart attaches) so I can 'brace' for the push on the bottom. It just seems to slide around in my hand if I don't do that.

Other than that, it's beautiful!

Hmmm, yet another stupid question perhaps, but here goes...

I had the batteries out of it and when I pushed the button, NO problem. It's just when the batteries are IN it that I'm running into trouble. Any suggestions on how to make the push a bit easier without losing the power of the firing?

Slim has 2 springs inside domino, one soft and one harder. You dont need to push hard to make ther connection. Try to push very soft because even if button can go further, the connection will be established either. I made this trick to Slim so people can choose the strength of the button:)

I also found with the Slim as Imeo states. You can press the button as hard as you want until it bottoms out and stops. Or, you can press the button very lightly until you hear the atty sizzle. I'm used to it now, but in the beginning, I was so used to pressing a button until I can't push it any further. My hand got tired also. With the Slim, you have a choice to press very hard until button won't press any further or very light until very little resistance is felt with the battery.

Keep tryin' domino, it's a different experience than most other mods in there are many different ways to smoke a GG.
