#19307 - 510 protege full kit
I ordered some 510 atty's and a cheap passhtrough elsewhere to get to know the 510 before my protege arrives.
I'm #19298, but don't worry, I ordered a Prodigy V1 510, so I'm not holding anybody in this thread up. Just curious though, what is it about the protege(I really don't know anything about it as I'm just starting the Prodigy adventure) that has everyone tripping over themselves to pre-order? Not that that's a bad thing.
I would say there are quite a few things inviting: It uses the same adapters as the PureSmoker PT - Should get 4 hours or so on the battery (YMMV) - Its smaller (great for clubs/bars) - I use the 510 almost exclusively and it will still be a great vape at 3.7v - It is darn sexy - and chics dig it.. lol
Thanks for the info, I have a PS USBpass 510 and I love it. And, ,of course I just ordered the Prodigy V1. Is there going to be a 5V option at any time for the protege or is strictly the Prodigy's little brother so to speak.
Can anybody tell me about how long before this will be shipping? Or is that a stupid question. I know this is a pre-order and I ordered one but I have not seen anything about the release time frame or am I missing something. Thanks

Exactly what was going through my mind but I did talk myself out of it. I want to wait to see what people think of it before I spend the money. I already have the TOP DOG anyway (Prodigy).

Well, you need to learn to understand Lucky. Lucky was also being sarcastic, so learn the humor dude.
We have literally piles of ecigs that we have bought and used that either don't perform well or have a high failure rate. I guess we're heavy vapers. We also have committed to not going back to analogs so we should use good tools.
Biggest problem to short life of equipment is probably due to overdriving switches and batteries to achieve small size.
Prodigy seems to be solid build, cheap batteries can be replaced when needed and switches seem rated for the load.
I've been using a prodigy and it performs well {bought 1 for me and 1 for my nephew}, my wife likes the general idea just not the size.
Protege will allow her to get the same advantages I am seeing and still have her smaller size.
I know there are several reputable makers out there, but Puresmoker seems to be a good fit for us. My very first order from them was for ejuice that happened to arrive split open in the bag. Sh#t happens, they fixed it.
Apparently, we aren't alone as there seems to be a pretty good niche in the market.
I like PS because I know if there is a problem, people WILL be taken care of. Good people!
