Interesting. So you rotated the posts so the flat side is down....Makes you wonder. The other side is raised I guess? I haven't taken a look at that. Keep me posted on how it preforms.

is there still as much surface space on the contact posts flat side as the side ya have up now?

It is working great, been a full 24 hours since I switched the posts. Have had no problems with pushing the button, still requires a firm push but not like before where I was putting a blister on my finger and getting nothing.

Looks like this fix has worked for me, just put in some new batteries and it is vaping like a charm.
