Where did you get your attys? and is your mod a 3.7 or 5 volt?
since i got my 3.7v bottomfeeder 2 weeks ago ive been vaping hard on one LR 510 and its still going strong, its probably the attys. also i know this is digging up a dead horse, but i took a chance and decided to go against what people said and use aw imr 14500's with this thing, it works flawlessly with them, hits even harder. the trustfires will be my backups from now on.
imr's are my fave I use them in every mod I own that I can get them for.No problems here.imr and a 510 lr or 306 lr I'm in heaven.lol
3.7 volt bottomfeeder-the first 4 were Totally Wicked (joye) atty's-almost brand new. The last was actually a bauway that came with a kit. I'm now at a loss-the last atty I have that's not a LR is working just fine for now. I don't want to kill it too-but when they die, it's complete sudden death with no warning at all

I have had problems that I can't figure out kinda like you. Except instead of killing the attys, sometimes it just wont fire, it's random, sometimes an atty won't work, sometimes a carto won't work. In mine there is a green light that is on when ever the power switch is in the on posisition, and then when I push the button to VAPE a second led lights up the bottle, but sometimes both led's just go dead, and no juice is going to the atty. If it happens it will happen over and over again. If I take the door off, then the problem goes away, and I can re arrange the bottle and put the door back on, and it works. But on some of my attys I actually have to back the atty off of the mod a little bit, it's like the little syringe is hitting the atty when it is screwed in all the way, so when I back it off a little bit it works ok. So it might be the little metal tube coming out of the mod, maybe it is hitting your atty and causing some sort of short. I am very happy that I can get mine to work just by fiddling with it, it would drive me crazy if it kept on killing attys/carto's. They ain't cheap, especially if you have to replace them every week. An atty can last for months! I would hate to have them die over and over. I truly hope you get it figured out.

Mine was there for me last night. Didn't battery-up until this morning. Looks and works great! In case there's another mod newbie reading this--don't be like me and take the original + - markings on the battery box as the way to position the batteries. (Mine's a 2-battery, 5V.) Let the springs be your guide. But you all knew that right?

This thing is NIIIIIIIICE! It's a 5V mod. It hits very good using a standard atty and I love the button and the lights.
I'm now kinda tempted to pick up a 3.7 Bigbox Bottom feeder mod...

Here goes. No camera around so I stuck it on the scanner bed... Plain ol' 5V box w/ 808 carto adapterred on. No drip tip means the vapor arrives quicker and thicker.
Nice mods guys! I've not tried 5v yet...pretty satisfied with 3.7 and a little afraid to try it cuz I don't like throat hit-at all. Hence my ultra-light analog habit.

It was on the low side 3 packs a day, and on the high side 5 packs a day. I quit smoking before my wife, and that was when I really realized how much I was smoking, I was the one that went to the smoke store and bought the cartons, and I was there every couple of days, until I quit, and my wife smokes less then a pack a day (well she did, now she vapes), but ya I owned my own business, so I could smoke whenever I wanted, and I pretty much chain smoked every day, I usually only sleep 4-5 hours a night too, but now I'm vaping about 10ml a day now. Thats why I wanted a bottom feeder so much, I got so tired of filling things all the time.
I have a nice black stealth model (3.7 volt mini) on the way in the mail. Due here tomorrow, in fact, when I'll be out of town. Can't wait to get back home Sunday and raid the mailbox!!

Any idea why this mod would fry 5 perfectly good atty's in one week? 2 seconds after being screwed on? When it works, it works like a freakin champ, but starting to really worry about the atty issue. All atty's seemed to work great before using on here-if it's a simple solution, would love an answer
Oh-and yes, keeping them plenty wet-none of the deads were lr-just wondering what would cause it.
It might be that the post was pushed a bit off kilter. Have you taken a straightened paperclip and gently pulled the post on both the mod and the atty(s) up? I did that with my hubby's first one that we thought had died and it's been working fine since. (2 months and still keeps kickin).

I'm vaping 30mg now, sometimes I VAPE 36, sometimes 24.
When I first ordered juice it was 12mg, I felt so sick from vaping, then my wife started vaping and I ordered her 24mg, and tried some, and that sick feeling went away, so I bumped it up to 24mg, and supplemented it with 36mg through out the day to keep the cravings off, but my latest order was for 30mg, so I'm vaping that most, but still have the others.
Just wanted to let everyone know that I have had my 3.7 bottomfeeder for about a month, and I just love it. Its the best investment I ever made. Hits like a champ every time.
