These darn vape shops are sometimes stupid or deliberately want to sell lots of low nic' juice and expensive coils.
6mg is not much at all until you up the watts to at least 20-30.
The evidence is many people quit with very basic hardware back in 2012/13/14 vaping 18mg or 24mg at less than 10 watts, even as low as 5w. I know a vaper who successfully used 36mg on a 2012 device that (according to the math) was barely making 5.7w with a fresh battery.
5.7 watts! (It seems almost unthinkable, although rip-off companies are still selling this outdated junk declaring it 'premium' vaping hardware).
My latest convert is vaping 16mg at 14 watts. It's barely controlling her cravings. I wanted to up it to 18mg (max in UK) but she won't go for it, because our local shop told her "everyone uses 6mg".... well, they might in a 75/150/220 watt rig, which is what they want to sell. I recommended 16mg as that is what she can buy without going to the mall.
She is using two tanks, one with a 0.6ohm coil, the other with a 1.2ohm.
I told her - forget the ohms - just vape.
