lol i donno how to explain it...basically a cartomizer like my blu uses that is a tank, no filling inside?!? but it be all metal not plastic....
am I confused and what I linked to not a tank? does it have to have filler in it?

What you linked to is an "eGo-T." The "T" does refer to "Tank," but it's an older style and not what people usually mean when they refer to tanks now. It's only a tank in the sense that it holds a reservoir of liquid. It's used on an eGo-type battery and consists of an atty and a plastic "tank." A search of youtube will give you a better idea.
