I have been vaping on an AGA T2 with a 3/4 wrap of 34 gauge kanthal for a few months now. Nice vape. I just twisted two pieces together and put on my I-Atty with a 4/5 wrap and what happened is wonderful. Double the flavor and about 50 or 60% more vapor. That's with a smaller air hole than the AGA. The only question now is will I get the same results with a single strand of thicker wire? I'm thinking of getting some 30 gauge.

really depends on how low you are shooting for and what you have to drive it. if you are on a regulated device or a vv/vw i would avoid going much lower than 1.5 ohms. if you have a mech, some good batteries and a vapesafe fuse you can go much lower, i stopped at .5 ohms, but my butter zone is .8. granted i use 28 guage untwisted in a 3/4 wrap, fog machine vapor and the flavor is still there.
