@stols001 Haldol will make you a zombie for sure. I got a few (involuntary) Haldol shots in the late 90's. Drooling, can't remember anything, sadness without being sad, emotional numbness. I'm still not sure if they do it to prevent psychotic rage, or to teach you how miserable it is as an object lesson. You've been there, I think you know what I mean by that. Oh, and coed psych hospitals were pretty cool too.

A few of us were talking last night about the teen vaping "epidemic" and how to try and combat it or show we are trying to combat it. We all realized that you will never stop it but we came to the two conclusions below.

• Ban nic salts - They give that high that kids are looking for and the huge rise in teen vaping did coincide with them coming out, be it a coincidence or not
• Ban closed pod systems with the possibility for open pod systems as well - They are so easy to hide from Parents and Teachers etc.

Nobody really like either suggestion above but it was all we could come up with, we took into account black market products and the need to crack down on those.

We did reject the two below (among others) and took the drunk .... home who suggested them, although...........

• All kids wearing straight jackets all the time
• I won't go into the other one............

I knew once I saw articles on the recent spate of deaths in the US due to tainted THC street juices that there was a storm coming. The media campaign against vaping has always been based on implying heath risks associated with vaping. Now that the false impression that they are real has been established the flood gates are open. Now Trump has jumped on the bandwagon we should expect a new wave of media demonising vaping.
This article is just the beginning, the sharks can smell the blood in the water.

I would add in the Puritans to the list of those arrayed against us. I would like to eat old time movie popcorn but the Puritan scolds of "Center for Science in the Public Interest" got the oil used, effectively, removed by ginning up the press.
