This is the thread I have been waiting for!
do u think china will still ship to usa ? black market?
Now all you can do is pull completely baseless accusations out of thin air instead of factually discussing something.
The fable of The Grasshopper and the Ant comes to mind.Blue skies forever optimism is a nice plan...until the storm hits. I see huge dark clouds moving my way and will prepare accordingly. Those that haven't can just feed their vaping habit from the corner store with the approved cig-a-likes.
On August 8th is according to the FDA.Dear Ocala guy,
If eliquid is deemed a tobacco product, Marion Co will tax the snot out of it.
My state law was previously posted here. No interstate transactions of "tobacco products" except for specifically exempted products. The fed just deemed vape gear a "tobacco product". Why do you persist in this???????Simply your own completely unsubstantiated with anything other than, Cause I think so, Guess that they will do the same with E-Cigs.

There aren't County taxes in Marion country on Tobacco. They get an apportioned amount of the State taxes.Ocala will get their money. Just look at how much a pack of cigarettes are and the taxes on them for Marion
Taxes will happen in Florida, Marion Co is part of Florida...There aren't County taxes in Marion country on Tobacco. They get an apportioned amount of the State taxes.
Generally, Gov. Scott has reduced and even elimanated taxes.
The plaintiff in one of the big FDA suits is Halo, only about 150 miles from the State Capitol.
At least under Scott, I would be surprised at any New tax that would be onerous to any one
particular industry. Not gonna happen.

You seem to be arguing that Florida has low tobacco taxes. Let's look at the real numbers...There aren't County taxes in Marion country on Tobacco. They get an apportioned amount of the State taxes.

http://www.taxadmin.org/assets/docs/Research/Rates/cigarette.pdf
The Florida tax is $1.34/pack. The median tax of all states is $1.53/pack. Only very modestly below average.
Compare to Missouri ($0.17), Virginia ($0.30) or North Carolina ($0.45). Now that's low tax.
OK. I understand that a Mech Mod would still work after an EMP.
How to charge batteries?
Would solar panels that are currently available withstand EMP?
Any sort of 10K+ mah storage device that would?
Are all of the consumer level 18650 chargers chipped in some way or are there any that would survive?
Even the simplest chargers at RTD advertise reverse polarity protection, etc
And my reading confirms a prohibition of mail order of Other Tobacco Products...For anyone wanting "specific law" and not just hearsay for Maryland here is the state law signed by their governor May 4th, 2010.

Agree 100%. SE Ding in proof they require could lead to even more identity theft we have now.Get used to it. More and more companies will, in all likelihood, follow suit. I'd much rather have to provide ID and sign on delivery than provide a copy of my license or other form of ID and send it in to the company.
I would prefer that as well. Just wasn't expecting it so quick.
