Lets say he drops the cigs, but needs 18mg juice to do so.
At 50ml a day thats 900mg per day.
900x365=328500
15 years would require:
328500x15=4927500
If you bought 100mg nic (100,000 mg of nic in a liter) you would require 49 liters

50ml @ 6mg would require a little over 16 liters of 100mg base.

I gotta say though, 50ml a day consumption seems high. I used to inhale cigars. I vape 36mg nic, but I only vape 5-8ml a day.

All the calculations are explained pretty well here:
Vapocalypse & Those Who've Never DIY'd
So - VERY roughly speaking, a 50ml 6mg/ml daily habit needs 1 liter a year of 100mg/ml nic, with one extra liter as a safety. Nice how that worked out!

My new t-shirt contains no nicotine so it must be made from tobacco.

I'm going to store it in the freezer in a glass bottle.

How
I agree with Mike. I'm not sure if the whole Nude armor thing really makes that much of a difference. My 3 year old nic in standard amber/polycone is good as new out of the freezer. There are reports of 6-7 year old nic being the same.

I take one extra precaution that probably isn't even necessary but I do vacuum seal all my bottles. Have no clue if even that makes a difference.

With this being said, I'm buying 1-2 liters of nude armor v1 because I'm going for a 15 year supply. Those are my end game nic bottles. With the way my crew slowly drops nic I may end up having a 20 year supply. Will it all last that long? No idea. But I have to at least try it. My gut says it will last that long in storage no problem. IMO- Worst case is it weakens a little. Not hard to adjust for that with a juice calc. Nic test kits are cheap and easy.
How do you vacuum seal your bottles?

Foodsaver. I have a nice one because we buy entire cuts of meat and break it down ourselves. Seals bottles nice and tight and also adds a protective layer around them. No chance they will roll around or clank into each other in the feezer.

I use Amber glass bottles and polycone caps for my nic storage. After bottling and labeling, I seal them in vacuum sealer bags (foodsaver).

I have been canning for 30+ years. I would not feel safe using the normal canning lids. But, there is an alternative. There are "Tattler" lids. They are reusable BPA free plastic lids. (They are used in canning like the metal lids- they seal in water bath or pressure canning- of course you would not can nic juice lol) You use them with a ring.

Exactly what I have been using for years. For my nic and my food. I just saw a great deal on one for $60 too if anyone is interested.

Not sure if anyone here got this email so thought that I would drop a copy here for info. :)

To all of our valued customers and friends,

Lately we have been receiving an abundance of questions regarding
Capella Flavors' position on complying with the upcoming FDA and EU
TPD regulations relating to the Vaping industry.

Capella Flavors has always been at the forefront of all concerns
of the Vaping community, hence the early adoption of the Capella V2
flavor concept. Recently there has been a lot of misleading
information circling around the compliance of both the new FDA
regulations as well as the EU TPD regulations in Europe. Rest
assured Capella will comply with all FDA and EU TPD regulations as
soon as the requirements are clarified.

For our EU customers, to assist with your filing requirements,
Capella will be including the CAS #s on our SDS documents. We are
currently in process of modifying our documents to include this
additional information. In the meantime, we are awaiting the
deployment of the secure EU portal which enables us to submit our
flavor information details.

For our USA customers, once the FDA Master File program is
effectively in-place, Capella will follow the procedure to file our
flavor formulations with the FDA. This will enable you to complete
your registration process.

We caution all to move forward with patience until all the exact
regulations are clarified.

We will be releasing more information on our website as we move
forward.

Sincerely,
Capella Flavors, Inc.
Regulatory Team.

Thanks for the tattler info. I know a person using the mason jars with plastic lids. He just did ask about the safety of using them. I will pass this info along. :thumb:

Somewhere out there
Maybe someone would be so kind as to clear up something for me. When the August deadline hits, will we or won't we be able to order stuff online?

No one really knows, has much to do with state tobacco laws as well as FDA.

Gee Morph, I like you even better now. ;)
But I suddenly find myself either having a Dejavu
or a Nelson Mandela effect episode. Now that you're a sheep lady
and not a sheep man I could swear that I know you
and have had this conversation before.

Hope none of your sheep are missing
and that you're keeping the big bad wolf
and aliens from space away from your critters. :)

Regards,
Hazy

As in remembering that Nelson Mandela died, but now he is alive?

Got a shopping cart filling up myself. You reminded me to get some kicks. :)

No..he still dead..so far  but one never knows now-a-days.

Nelson Mandela was reported as having died in prison in 1974 or 75..
I heard it on the radio, watched it on the TV news.

Then Nelson was released from prison in 1990
and was elected president of S.Africa in 1994
Here he is with Fidel at his inauguration

But he died again in 2013.
If you wanna freak yourself out Google "mandela effect"

Reading Stephen King's 11/22/63 now. That's how that happened.
In 10 years we'll sort of remember that he died in 2013 but he'll be alive again.
And so it goes...
