Thank you so much for the encouragement and kind words. I have no doubt she'll be teaching me a thing or two before we are done. I feel badly for her too - but it could be MUCH worse; it could be August 9th.

Obviously I'll be pointing her straight to ECF. But it's just a lot to try to take in a hurry. I know I'm asking a lot. One thing I've done is told her to start reading now, in advance of our meetup. Hopefully this will help. But nothing spurs learning more than being a true believer, and I'm thinking things will really pick up once she's gone through the magical reorientation from cigarettes. Until then, so much remains hypothetical.

30 years. My wife has never used tobacco or vaped. Still, her attitude toward all this is: "Make dang sure you have everything you need to vape for the rest of our lives no matter what the idiots in government do!"

Sure, we can make them irrelevant to us. But I bet we're a single-digit percentage of the vapers out there. The other 90-some percent are gonna getting shafted. And that bothers me. A lot.

This is what I'm trying to figure out too - I'm buying RDA cores for the tanks I like that have them (Cleito, Crown, TFV4), plus extra tanks, as fast I can. Nic is obvi the first priority though, money-wise. I'm almost there. I switched to Wizard and eliq so no worries about Cali/NN.

I want to preserve the vaping experience I enjoy as much as I can (regulated, hi-wattage, configurable box mods with high quality top-fill rebuildable-core tanks), and am trying not to run around like a beheaded chicken wasting money. That's one reason I want to see some advanced DIY plans out there so badly. I really think over the next year or so the community will explode with inmost ice and advanced DIY hardware solutions. I'm very excited about that, actually. But trying to anticipate how to prepare for that BEFORE 8/8 is really tough.

OTOH, as we are seeing, the states aren't even waiting until 8/8 to {moderated} us over. It's maddening. How are they even doing this without their constituents' mandate, or at least consent? Regardless there's clearly no time to waste. 8/8 is right here, right now

I know me too, I started buying the first I heard about deeming regs in May, because it can close up way sooner than that because of the state laws kicking in, I am officially done now too, just waiting for all vape mail to arrive

I just used mine today after making a twisted wire. I love those things!

Thanks Mike! I think I will get a bunch of 120 ml bottles and as needed break one down to a few 60s. Mr.Chili has reminded me that some of the freezer space is his to stock up on beef for the smoker and then there is deer hunting season! I might have to invest in my own little freezer!

I would go this way.

You know hoe Grumpy i am in the morning before coffee. Without my vaping supplies it would make me Grumpy all day every day. Are you sure a small area of the freezer can't be set aside for my nicotine?

I think I may be up SC without a paddle. My work announced that all of the OT will be cut out until mid August. I have plenty of rda's, rta's, mods, and wire. I managed to snag 3 litters of nic. I'm 7 litters short. I guess what I have will have to work for as long as it can.

The deeming regs came out two days after I started vaping, so all I knew were cartridges.

The main thing that put me off RBA's was the the idea of not having cartridges to rely on in an emergency.
I knew that the only way to survive the vapocalypse was to use RBA's, so I resigned myself to having to carry a spare tank.

When I decided to standardize on the Kayfun Lite for my prepping, I found that spare bases and chimneys were surprisingly affordable, so it seemed like the logical thing to do.

I'm going to make a small container with a 510 thread to carry a spare 'cartridge'.

i was thinking the same thing the other day. i have my travel rayon inside a m&m candy tube. (nearly airtight/water tight) my back up atty fits as well,, but i am thinking of getting a 35mm film tube thing,, if its tall enough. i just want to protect the atty that travels in my car/bag when walking at large events a bit.

I did mean that I am buying liter bottles! Then to rebottle that I was thinking 120 ml bottles. It's just me that vapes and I guess I don't get the process! Once I have to open the 120 ml bottle can I put it in two 60 ml bottles and put a 60 ml back in the freezer? So in short, I guess what I am asking is if I buy 240 ml bottles can I open that 240 ml multiple times to make smaller bottles to keep out for mixing? I just don't know how many times I can open a bottle and not mess up my nic base! I would love to go with the larger bottles!

I bottles the liter bottle into 8 120 ml bottles. The bottle i worked fron was opened multiple times

When i got close to empty i took out another 120 ml bottle set it ouri to come to room Temperature before opening the bottle. Didn't want njc diluted with condesation

what this means is that ALL us ejuice manufacturers are screwed along with us after the fist part of next year when ingredients must be listed.
Also the US flavoring manufacturers will likely stop selling to vape related sites and ejuice manufacturers soon.

Individuals will still be able to buy flavorings for "food and beverage" use but not to officially make ejuice with.
But no vape related sites will be selling them.

Since I've been using this zmax v3, I can recognize when the battery is getting low without looking at battery level because of the vapor being lighter. I heard that is the way people realize it with mech mods. I use steam engine. I feel way more comfortable having a mech now. What are good ones that are cheap as hell price wise? I know I need one because my regulated mods won't last forever.

Yeah it bums me out because the prices ordering direct from Capella are higher than buying them from Bullcity, etc. TFA won't be as big of a deal ordering direct because anyone can sign up for wholesale prices and it is a really good deal.

Yes yoy need to prep mods attys, and a 2-3 hundred feet of wire would be a good idea.
