I've been wanting to say this for while on this topic. As for the U.S. not doing a good job of policing illegal drugs coming into the country in the past, you need to realize that those drugs are not taxable. They aren't making money by stopping it. I think you are underestimating the greed factor here.

Secondly, I hear alot of people talking about their shipments being seized as if it is no big deal, you're just out the money you paid. This is not the case. Many years ago I used to order something that was not a prescription drug in many other countries but was here in the U.S. I assumed that it was ok to buy it for my own personal use, so long as I wasn't importing what would be seen as a quantity for resale. I also assumed that nobody was going to be checking every package and how could they possibly know what it was?

I ordered for two years with no problems......then one day an order that shipped never arrived. Ok I thought, I'll just reorder, it's cheap enough after all. Imagine my surprise when a very official and scary letter from the gov't arrived at my door. It basically said that if I have a legal prescription that I am welcome to show it to them and get my package.....but if I didnt have one, and I ever get caught purchasing overseas again, that I would be prosecuted and possibly face jail time. I have never ordered another drug/cosmetic item that required a prescription in the U.S again from another country. That letter was very official and very scary to read. They weren't messing around.

If they can't nail the seller, they will come for the buyer. If there are taxes and fines to be lost there is much more incentive to come after people.

I personally feel that some here are being very naive about this. Once they've opened a package with contraband they will know where it shipped from. That manufacturer goes on a list and they watch their shipments. If it's China they can do nothing but come after you.

I guess that letter I got years ago is one of the reasons that I have stocked up on everything that I need to vape for the next 10 years. Some people get a thrill from feeling like a criminal. I am not one of them.

Do people who sell illegal drugs let you send them a check and mail it to you? No never. It's a whole different ballgame. Once you mail it, you're begging to get caught. Let's not forget x-rays etc. It's easier than ever to check packages quickly, especially if the vendor made it onto a list.

Something I want to remind folks of too is that your mail carrier/postmaster is bound by law to report things suspicious to the authorities and any liquid spill or powder spill gets reported. I worked at the post office during the original anthrax powder in the mail scare. We were on high alert to report anything suspicious. Also liquid spills (nic) as well as powder. A few years ago I ordered a protein supplement that leaked a bit in the package, I got a call form the post office about the leaking white powder! LOL I told her it was a protein powder and nothing suspicious and I was a former postal employee so I thanked her for her diligence as I knew what the actual scare was like when it happened years ago. Another time I ordered liquid glycerin soap, it leaked everywhere because of poor packaging, I got called. And yes it is true the postal inspectors can arrest people. Workers will not knowingly mail something that is forbidden because they can get fired doing so. So if vape would get banned by USPS, they will be watching.

Ok I checked ohms on a tank I am using, no adapter, 1.6 ohm, checked after putting on a 510 to 510 adapter 1.6 ohm. No change what so ever

Yep, same here. I'm well set with gear, wire and nic. Actually a bit overboard but I'm at the point of stocking (because I can) to help a select few in he future to get off the stinkies when they're ready, this entails close friends and family.

I was slowly stocking up just a few months after I started vaping (just hit my 1 year this month) but put it into high gear a couple months ago. I've been so focused on it I'm kinda wonder on what it's going to feel like after the 8th when it finally hits.

Ummm. No. Great way of taking a great company and forcing them to do things via government regulations that they never intended to comply with.

Law enforcement today is a LOT different than it was back in Prohibition. If you think some type of "code" would go unnoticed, you'll have a very rude awakening.

I apologize to the federal and state governments that wanted all my tax money. I recalculated my "fair share" taxes so often referred to and it turns out it be zero. This makes me feel sad, well not really sad, ok who am I kidding I'm laughing my ___ off.

Just bought 4 - Varitube 510 connectors.

I usually buy from Fat Daddy,but just recently bought 7 510 connectors from Varitube,4 regular ones and 3 of the bottom feed ones that were designed by a couple members from here.I wish i would have started buying from them sooner because they seem to be a bit better quality than the fd ones.

I see others are giving you good advice on DIY. I agree that you should buy the nicotine now. Worry about how to use it later.

I love Highbrow & Ahlusion. Ahlusion is my favorite juice vendor. I've tried probably 30 or so of their juices. Every single one of them I like and will finish the bottle. Most of them I love and will reorder.

From Highbrow, I love their Buttered Rum & Then Some, Creme Brulee, Peach Thymbra and Caramel Cake and I'd order from them again. They are a quality company with great juice and customer service.

I ordered from Highbrow back at the dawn of time around 2011 or something and was underwhelmed and never re-ordered anything from them; Ahlusion OTOH I like quite a bit. However, to the best of my knowledge, both of them are e-liquid/juice vendors, not sources of 100mg/ml pure nic base, which is what you want.

Anyhoo, my personal stash is currently at 18 liters, which I think where it's staying, since it's enough for me to last about half a century along with a few friends and family members.

I like these, but, they're far from the cheapest.

Chemnovatic 100mg/ml (around $100 per liter)

Carolina Extracts 100mg/ml (around $160 per liter)

A lot of people here like Nude Armor (since you need do nothing other than toss the bottles in a freezer, no re-packing required)

RTS Vapes seems to get a thumbs up for cheap nic that's not bad.

Anyway, lots of other options, I personally like the 1st two, but they're also the most expensive.

Get a few liters in PG base and store in the freezer, it will last for years.

Most of my nic is from Vape Clarity, about $65 a liter. Very good quality nic, downside is that they are only in plastic bottles. So I also picked up a couple liters from My Freedom From Smokes which have liters in glass. So I've picked up a couple liters from them for long term storage. They're around the same price as Clarity for the nic in glass bottles. I'll probably get another liter from them.

I definitely know all about being tapped out haha.The 7 i bought from them were split between 2 orders because i'm too broke to buy them all at once haha.
As for quality,i think you will be happy with them from both places.I have used several fd 510's and never had any issues with them.I haven't used any of the vt ones yet,but they just feel a bit better.On the other hand,if you happen to get any bottom feed 510's,i would definitely get the vt ones for that,they are an extremely better design than the fd ones.

Yep, it's serious business that a lot of people are very naive about. Example is here in WA State it's a Class C Felony to buy Tobacco online.

I'm reinforcing r055oo's point. And I've mentioned this incident in other threads.

There's a felony warrant in Washington State for my arrest.

And all I did was send a buddy a couple of ounces of pipe tobacco in return for some he'd sent me a year or so before. There was no mention anywhere of funds due. It was simply a gift. He and I didn't know the law applied to gifts.

But the posties smelled the tobacco in the shipment and alerted the authorities. The state heavies showed up at his door with the shipment in hand and arrested him in front of his wife and children.

He got off the beef finally, but it took him several thousands in legal fees.

In the meantime, a class-C felony warrant was sworn out on me also. Obviously, even to the Washington State tobacco thugs, it's not worth trying to extradite me from Illinois. But every couple of years, I get a nasty letter telling me I'm a fugitive from justice and ordering me to show up in Washington State for arrest and arraignment.

Needless to say, I'll never, ever, go to Washington State for any reason.

Where tax money is involved, states and the federal government will stop at almost nothing to get what they think is due them. And, if the law allows, they'll throw your sorry fundament in the slammer.

Yep a lot of people don't think it's a big deal and think they'll be able to to skirt the laws. Big money is involved so they're going to be aggressive, people quitting tobacco has put them in a cash crunch.
