Welcome to ecf....
lol I hit the pv's all day long at 12mg nic. ymmv
When you see a banner you like just click on it and it will take you were you can put your info in . you need the bb code inorder for the ecf software to read it...(supplied when you put your info in)
You need to wait until you have at least 15 post and in your settings you will see where to put it in....it sometimes takes up to an hour after the 15th post to show up....
in the meantime, just keep talking to us here on the new members forum and before you know it, you'll have it available...
happy vaping.
:)

Vets have said the first 10- 14 days are the roughess and for the first 2 weeks I vaped like a beast. Don't forget thereof lots of other chems in analogs that we are withdrawing from. I also noticed there was always that physical want/ need to have an ashtray and/ or lighter analogs nearby. I just vaped and care less about the amount. Now I 've vaping for 5 weeks I gone down from 36 mg to 24 mg. It will get better so for the first little while I wouldn't be concerned.
Good Luck, Vapoor.
Drink lots of water.

2 months and I still vape all the time. I just really like the flavor and feeling of it. At work I just take a break once in a while and vape. At home; pretty much constantly. Kind of like how I used to smoke.

I'm in this boat as well. Except I tend to sometimes vape more then I smoked simply because I CAN. I don't have to have a concern at all if I only have 5 smokes left. So glad those days are over and behind me. Sometimes, I leave my PV down for an hour and don't even realize it. I've come to find even then I don't even want a real cigg, and that's what matters. That's for me the game changer and the life changer.

You can't have a banner yet. 15 non-spammed posts or replies and 1 hour wait gets you Edit Signature in your ECF Settings (upper right). Then some people's signatures, if click on, will take you to where you can generate your own. Generate BBCode, copy it, then on ECF go to Settings, then pick Edit Signature down left, paste the BBcode in the Text Signature box, save.

Re vaping all the time. If you are never satisfied then pay attention to which flavors satisfy you and which don't When starting out some people are not satisfied by food flavors (gives them a craving for a cig as if they had just eaten), some not satisfied by tobacco flavors (makes them wish for a cig), and some are satisfied by any flavor.

And I just don't let myself vape constantly. At work the ecigs are on my desk but I put them down. At home I leave them in a nearby room so I have to go there to vape. I only set one ecig next to me at home if I will be stuck in one place for more than 20-30 minutes, so that cuts down on my vaping.
